Krijimi i vendeve të punës, duke siguruar punë të denjë dhe mbrojtje sociale janë qëllimet themelore të BE-së. Kjo është pasqyruar edhe te mbështetja që BE-ja i ka ofruar Ballkanit Perëndimor. Por, pavarësisht investimeve të shumta, financimeve dhe asistencës teknike, ka ende hendeqe të mëdha. Konkurrenca e dobët, papunësia e lartë, investimet e pakta në arsim dhe shëndetësi, dhe pabarazitë sociale janë vetëm disa nga sfidat.
BE-ja qëndron tashmë pas shumë aktiviteteve për të rritur mundësitë e punësimit, dhe për të trajtuar nevojat për akses në shëndetësi dhe nevojat sociale. Megjithatë, nevojitet akoma më shumë - dhe kjo është arsyeja se përse BE-ja po rrit mbështetjen nëpërmjet Planit Ekonomik dhe të Investimeve, si dhe programeve të tjera.

Call for the Selection of Implementing Partner Organizations
This call is launched as part of “Increased Education Opportunities for Roma Students and Roma Youth in Western Balkans and Turkey” project, financed by European Commission Directorate-General European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR). The ultimate scope of the interventions should be the development of #resilient communities through #education, using as approaches the growing mindset of the Roma communities, enhance the educational access of the Roma communities, developing the human resource capacity at each possible level, implying use of technology and progressive methodologies.
