Kristina Perović is a student from Podgorica, currently pursuing a degree in Political Science, majoring in Media Studies and Journalism, at the University of Montenegro. She is passionate about youth participation and media literacy, with several years of experience in youth programs and non-governmental initiatives focused on empowerment, civic engagement, and social responsibility.

Kristina has been actively involved in community work since the age of 17 and has independently organized and facilitated media literacy workshops aimed at strengthening critical thinking and responsible media consumption among young people. In 2024, she was selected as an Information Ambassador for the European Youth Card (EYCA) project for the 2024–2026 term, organized by the NGO Center for Youth Education. She also serves as a representative of her study program at the faculty and is a member of the Trade Union of Media of Montenegro.

Mila Mihajlović

Country: Kosovo

Mila Mihajlović is a human rights activist, book author and a student of humanities in the Sapienza University of Rome. Besides human rights, she has a background in the areas of feminist leadership, conflict transformation, interethnic dialogue, youth engagement and security. Throughout the previous years, she has been awarded for both youth activism and poetry, proving that dedication never remains unnoticed. On the other hand, her academic interests lay in politics and history – hereby, she is now doing her research project with University of Cambridge. The main motive behind her work is making the world a better place, not only for us but also generations to come.

Ernest Dula

Country: Kosovo

Ernest Dula is a dedicated youth changemaker and media creator from Rahovec, Kosovo. He is currently pursuing his undergraduate studies at RIT Kosovo. Passionate about fostering community engagement, Ernest has a proven track record of leading youth initiatives and managing grant funded projects across the region.

He actively shapes youth development as a Coordinator in the Youth Council of the U.S. Embassy in Kosovo. Furthermore, Ernest has been deeply involved as a coordinator and lead volunteer at SHL-Kosovo. In this capacity, he has directed impactful initiatives, including “Safenet”, a regional AI workshop funded by UNMIK and designed for youth across the Balkans, and the “Tech Club,” a student-led initiative he established at his high school.

Ernest strongly believes in the power of art and multimedia as tools for social change. He has worked extensively as a photographer and videographer, and he previously led the production of a grant-funded short film promoting interethnic understanding for the International Organization for Migration (IOM). His creative leadership is further demonstrated by his establishment of a youth music band and a community mural project, both funded by the World Bank.

On an international level, Ernest is involved with the SAME network, serving as a Crew Member for Act.ival for Future in Germany in 2026. He is a part of the organizing team of the United Nations Youth Assembly in Kosovo. Through his diverse experiences in media production, leadership, and community organizing, Ernest aims to continue empowering youth, promoting innovation, and bridging communities.

Erde Mehmeti

Erdë Mehmeti is an award-winning poet and Albanian Literature student at the University of Pristina. Born in 2007 in Gjilan, Kosovo, she bridges the gap between academic study and professional practice, actively contributing to the cultural and media sectors. Currently, Erdë serves as a Content & Research Specialist at Blue Cave Labs and as a Project Coordinator at the Cultural and Artistic Center “Mollëkuqet.” Her professional background includes prior internships with the Directorate for Culture, Youth and Sports in Gjilan (2025) and the online newspaper “Kryelajmi” (2023). She combines literary creativity with strategic communications to drive cultural engagement.

Amy Kokalari

Amy Kokalari is a researcher and policy analyst specializing in European integration, digital governance, and the Western Balkans. She is currently working at the Italian Senate within the 4th Standing Committee on European Union Policies. She holds a Master’s in European Transformation and Integration at the College of Europe in Tirana, where she researched cybersecurity resilience in the Western Balkans. She previously earned a Master’s in Transnational Governance with a specialization in digitalization from the European University Institute in Florence. Amy has contributed to research at leading institutions, including the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels and the European University Institute. Her work has focused on EU enlargement policies, digital transformation, and geopolitical strategies. Beyond her academic and research engagements, Amy is fluent in multiple languages and passionate about tech policy and southeastern European studies.

Endi Saliko

Redon Katroshi

Redon Katroshi works at the British Embassy in Tirana as a Compliance Officer. He has a background in Hydrotechnical Engineering specializing in the water sector. His work focuses on sustainable water management, environmental protection, and practical solutions for community needs. 

He serves as the Chair of the Youth Climate Diplomacy Forum in Albania, leading initiatives that empower young people to engage in climate action and policy dialogue. Redon is also an active member of the Young Water Professionals Network, contributing to professional collaboration, knowledge‑sharing, and youth-driven advancements in the water field.

Veip Kamberaj

Marina Zela

Country: Albania

Meet Marina, she is a young communication professional and youth activist. She has gained valuable academic and professional experience across Europe and the United States, including studying in Minnesota and completing an internship at The Christian Science Monitor in Boston. Through various volunteering programs, academic exchanges, and fieldwork, she has built a solid foundation in journalism, public relations, and media literacy. A member of the fifth Youth Advisory Group (YAG) of OSCE presence in Albania generation and a U.S. Embassy alumni, she has been actively involved in youth engagement, media education, and community initiatives. Marina holds a Master of Science in Public Relations and has previously served as a professor’s assistant and as part of the PR Department at her alma mater.
