Category: Creative Europe / Culture / Publishing
EU Programme: Creative Europe – Culture strand
Deadline: 27.01.2027

Eligible Western Balkan Partners: Albania; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Kosovo; Montenegro; North Macedonia; Serbia

Main Topics: Literature; translation; publishing; cultural circulation

Short description:
The 2027 call supports projects that translate, publish, distribute and promote European works of fiction. Projects may be submitted by a single eligible organisation or a consortium and must include at least five eligible literary works.

Why relevant for Western Balkans?
All six Western Balkan partners participate in the Creative Europe Culture strand. The call is particularly relevant to publishers and book-sector organisations seeking to increase the circulation of European literature, including works in less widely spoken languages.
