Stefan is a youth activist and researcher from North Macedonia studying International and Intercultural Relations, with a strong commitment to European integration, climate justice, peace and security, and anti-corruption initiatives. He also has experience in journalism. Recognized by Commissioner Marta Kos for his contributions to promoting European values, Stefan is a member of the Youth for Enlargement Network of DG ENEST, the UN Youth Advisory Board of North Macedonia, and the OSCE Mission to Skopje Youth Advisory Group. Since high school, he has engaged in projects on children’s rights, youth employment, digital transformation, and electoral reforms, volunteering with the Institute for Good Governance, Euro-Atlantic Perspectives, and UNICEF-led initiatives. He is also engaged in European-level initiatives, including contributing to the Our Democracy Report by the Our Rule of Law Foundation (Netherlands), which is the 2026 national winner of the European Charlemagne Youth Prize.

As a member of the 4th generation of Young European Ambassadors, I am a Political Science and International Relations student at the University of Montenegro. I am the recipient of the Rector’s Award for the best student (2025/26) and the prestigious “Scholarships for the Best” for my academic excellence. My experience includes an internship at the Ministry of European Affairs and representing my university during a study visit to China. Through initiatives like EYCA, UNDP, and ESN, I actively contribute to youth activism, media literacy, and European integration across Europe.
Emina is a student at First Gymnasium in Zenica who has developed strong communication, customer service, and stress management skills through summer work at her local market. In high school, she discovered a passion for photography and began her professional journey in 2023. Since then, she has captured a variety of events, including weddings, proms, school assemblies, and concerts, continually exploring and expanding her creative abilities.
In addition to photography, Emina enjoys photo editing, graphic design, and sharing her work on social media. She actively participates in workshops that have helped her enhance her skills in expressing ideas and engaging thoughtfully with others.

Dimitar Atanasovski is our Young European Ambassador from Bitola, North Macedonia. With a strong passion for civic engagement and youth empowerment, Dimitar has been actively involved in activism from a young age. His dedication to creating positive change in his community has earned him the respect of his peers and positioned him as a leader among young people in Bitola and beyond. Over the years, Dimitar has taken on numerous leadership roles, most notably serving as the president of the student assembly at the University of St. Kliment Ohridski in Bitola. In this role, he advocates for student rights, organizes initiatives to improve campus life, and ensures that the voices of young people are heard in decision-making processes. In addition to his university involvement, Dimitar is also a committed member of his municipality’s Local Youth Council. Through this municipal platform, he works closely with local authorities to address issues affecting youth, propose innovative solutions, and promote greater youth participation in public life. His experience in both academic and municipal structures reflects his deep commitment to strengthening democratic values, fostering active citizenship, and building a more inclusive society for future generations.

Tesnim Karišik Spahić is an award-winning changemaker, creative strategist, and humanitarian from Bosnia and Herzegovina, reshaping narratives through the power of purpose, art, and action.
Tesnim is a fierce advocate for gender equality, climate action, and youth empowerment, using creativity as a tool for awareness and change. Her most recent artistic installation, Zašto venu ruže naše, honoring victims of femicide, and her public project Osvijesti se, addressing road safety, have sparked national conversations and engaged broad audiences through visual storytelling.
She was selected for the prestigious BOLD Fellowship in New York City, where she received intensive training in leadership, entrepreneurship, and social innovation at the University at Buffalo, working alongside changemakers from around the world.
Through photography, design, and storytelling, Tesnim uplifts women entrepreneurs and marginalized voices, helping them share their stories and amplify their impact.

Edlira Dibrani is a passionate communicator and advocate for youth empowerment through education, with a strong background in marketing, public relations, and social impact campaigns.
Edlira Dibrani is a Marketing Specialist living in Kosovo with over 7 years of experience in several international organisations and institutions. Over the past 5 years, she has been the Marketing and PR Manager at the Finnish Schools International in Prishtina, Kosovo. She has a proven track record of creating impactful initiatives that address environmental and social issues, earning recognition from CNN for a project promoting freedom and environmental stewardship. Combining her expertise in communication with a creative approach to project management, Edlira thrives on building campaigns that inspire and engage communities while achieving organizational goals. During her experience, Edlira has dedicated herself to advocating for youth empowerment through education. Working closely with students, educators, and international partners, she has helped develop programs that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and civic responsibility. Her work in educational outreach has centered on nurturing students’ awareness of global challenges—from climate change to social justice—and equipping them with the tools to become active participants in shaping a more inclusive and sustainable world. Whether through digital storytelling, youth-led campaigns, or hands-on workshops, Edlira remains committed to fostering environments where young people feel heard, valued, and capable of making a difference. Edlira’s academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and a Master’s degree in English Literature. Immersed in the humanities, she developed a profound appreciation for the power of language to evoke emotions and shape perspectives. Her studies, enriched by the works of Shakespeare, Wordsworth, and Austen, have profoundly influenced her worldview and cemented her lifelong passion for reading and writing.
