Enia Hoxha

Enia is a Political Science graduate from the University of Tirana with international study experience in Austria and over a decade of experience in civil society. She serves as Albania’s delegate to the European Youth Forum through the National Youth Congress and has held key roles with the OSCE Presence in Albania Youth Advisory Group and the U.S. Embassy Youth Council Albania.

A certified Youth, Peace & Security trainer and Board Member of SAME – Solidarity Action Day Movement in Europe, Enia focuses on youth inclusion, democratic participation, and empowering underrepresented communities. She regularly represents Albanian youth at regional forums, including the WB6 Youth Forum and Berlin Process Summit. Recognized as Volunteer of the Year in 2023, she continues her mission as a Young European Ambassador to bridge divides and enable young people to actively shape their communities.

Adea Ademi

Country: Kosovo Interests:

Adea is a Law student at AAB College in Kosovo and completed a semester at the University of Łódź in Poland through Erasmus+, studying internet law, human dignity, victims’ rights, and European security. In addition to her legal studies, she is passionate about digital marketing, having completed advanced training with ROI Academy and gained professional experience in content creation and copywriting.

Adea is committed to turning ideas into action, from coordinating cultural events to researching social issues and developing creative campaigns. As a Young European Ambassador, she aims to connect with inspiring peers, foster meaningful dialogue, and drive positive change in her community through innovative and engaging initiatives.

Kristina Radović

Country: Montenegro Interests:

Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Montenegro. Her academic journey includes exchange semesters in Lisbon and Graz, shaping her international outlook. She completed a traineeship at the European Investment Bank, gaining professional experience and building lasting networks. Kristina speaks English and German, with knowledge of Italian, and wrote her Master’s thesis on fostering economic growth in the Western Balkans through EU funding.

As a Young European Ambassador, Kristina aims to promote European values, inclusivity, and cross-cultural cooperation, applying her skills and experience to design and implement impactful projects for local communities.

Vladimir Fatić

Country: Montenegro Interests:

Vladimir Fatić, born in Berane, Montenegro, holds a Master of Architecture and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Sustainable Development at the Institute for Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies. He completed his integrated master’s studies at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Montenegro, and participated in a student exchange at the Polytechnic University of Bari, conducting research for his master’s thesis.

Actively engaged in youth activism and community development, Vladimir has led and contributed to numerous projects promoting volunteerism, environmental protection, and human rights. He founded the Montenegrin Association of Architecture Students, served as president of BEST Podgorica, and held leadership roles in his high school and university student parliaments. He has organized events such as Burning EASA 2021, Engineering Days, and photo competitions including Interaction: New Normal and MINIMALISM. Additionally, he contributes as a journalist for the youth portal “Makanje.”

As a Young European Ambassador, Vladimir aims to foster youth engagement, support innovative community projects, and encourage cross-cultural collaboration across the Western Balkans.

Nafiona Hoxha

Country: Albania Interests:

Nafiona is an 18-year-old high school graduate from Albania, passionate about art, youth empowerment, debating, and exploring new cultures. Over the past three years, she has developed leadership and advocacy skills, promoting youth engagement both locally and regionally. As president of her school senate, Nafiona has led workshops that inspired peers to participate actively in their communities.

As a Young European Ambassador, she aims to be a voice for her peers, encourage personal growth, and inspire young people to become active contributors to society, continuing the cycle of mentorship and empowerment she has benefited from.

Šejla Grcić

Country: Bosnia and Herzegovina Interests:

Šejla is a final-year Pharmacy student at the University “Džemal Bijedić” in Mostar, passionate about youth empowerment, volunteering, and community development. Her commitment to volunteering began in high school with humanitarian actions and has continued for over five years. She is an alumna of the BH Futures Foundation, where she led mentoring teams, delivered workshops, and benefited from career guidance by experienced mentors.

Šejla has held leadership roles as HR Coordinator and later President of BEST Mostar, organizing events ranging from local gatherings to European-scale courses for 30 to 200 participants. She has participated in numerous international trainings, including a 10-day HR management program, and became a certified Soft Skills Trainer in 2025. As a Young European Ambassador, Šejla aims to empower youth, foster cross-cultural dialogue, and transform shared ideas into impactful community projects.

Ivana Vlašković

Country: Serbia Interests:

Ivana is a PhD student at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade, where she graduated with top marks in International Relations and Contemporary Balkan Studies. She works as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Political Studies and is a member of its Center for Security Studies. Her experience includes writing policy analyses for the Pokret Polet program of the Trag Foundation, mentoring for the UNICEF-supported UPSHIFT program, and participating in international programs such as the European Summer Academy in Otzenhausen, POLITEIA, and the Regional School for Political Development.

Ivana’s key interests include European integration of the Western Balkans, regional security, and post-conflict reconciliation. As a Young European Ambassador, she aims to connect with peers across the region, contribute to initiatives supporting EU integration, foster youth empowerment, and drive positive change through research and hands-on engagement.

Esti Piranej

Country: Albania Interests:

Esti is a 19-year-old medical student at the University of Medicine in Tirana, Albania. Passionate about healthcare, she serves as a trainer at the World Youth Alliance and is a member of the UNICEF Advisory Board. She has received awards in public speaking, entrepreneurship, technology, and social impact, and has actively volunteered to promote community empowerment and global solidarity.

Known for her teamwork, responsibility, and commitment, Esti joined the Young European Ambassadors network to drive youth engagement, innovation, and a sense of agency. She aims to collaborate with peers to advocate for positive change and build a better future for communities across the Western Balkans and beyond.

Ajna Mešić

Country: Bosnia and Herzegovina Interests:

Ajna is a project coordinator with a strong background in youth activism, peacebuilding, and human rights advocacy. She holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from the International University of Sarajevo and works with the Youth Initiative for Human Rights in BiH, managing international projects, facilitating workshops on human rights and dealing with the past, and contributing to policy and research publications on transitional justice. She is an alumna of the BOLD Fellowship, Humanity in Action, and the BIHOS Young Professionals Trajectory.

As a Young European Ambassador, Ajna is committed to strengthening regional cooperation, empowering young people to participate in civic life, and advocating for peace and justice across the Western Balkans and Europe.

Mina Milović

Country: Montenegro Interests:

Mina is a Young European Ambassador and alumna of the College of Europe in Tirana. Her studies and work have taken her to the United States, Spain, Austria, Slovenia, Belgium, and Albania, shaping her international perspective on EU integration, diplomacy, and youth empowerment. She enjoys engaging in conversations on issues that matter to young people, from improving living conditions to fostering economic development.

Coming from a family in the hospitality and construction sectors, Mina gained valuable insight into entrepreneurship and economic growth. She has worked in both the European and Montenegrin parliaments and participated in over 20 international seminars. A unique highlight of her journey was visiting Bhutan to learn firsthand about the Gross National Happiness Index. Through the Young European Ambassadors network, Mina aims to strengthen youth participation, promote democratic values, and advance the European future of the Western Balkans.
