Short description: Perform Europe supports partnerships that rethink cross-border touring in theatre, dance, performance, circus, outdoor arts, puppetry and related performing arts. Projects must involve at least three partners from three Creative Europe countries and present at least one finished work in at least three countries.

Excellent regional publication candidate: all six Western Balkan economies participate in Creative Europe, making this a genuinely region-wide opportunity with clear EU funding.
