Luka Globarević is an IT professional and youth advocate from Montenegro, passionate about strengthening regional cooperation and empowering young people across the Western Balkans. Through his work in IT and activism, he supports the growth of the local tech and startup ecosystem, with a strong focus on digital innovation and youth engagement.

With a background in economics, Luka has participated in international programs such as the YTILI Fellowship supported by the U.S. Department of State and the ALPI Program of the International Republican Institute. These experiences shaped his commitment to democratic dialogue, cross-border collaboration, and building opportunities for young people in the region.

As a Young European Ambassador, he aims to promote EU values, foster meaningful connections, and contribute to a more inclusive and forward-looking Europe.
