Whether through guiding younger members, exchanging ideas or creating new opportunities for collaboration, alumni continue their YEA journey, but with even more room to grow and contribute.

From mentoring younger YEAs to leading creative projects, here’s a glimpse of what they do:

• Teamwork that matters: alumni come together in project board-style meetings to plan and share ideas. Twice a year, they also meet with current YEAs to collaborate and inspire one another.
• Empowering the next generation: through online and live capacity-building training sessions, alumni help YEAs improve their skills. They also host workshops for entity-based YEAs, ensuring everyone gets the tools they need to grow.
• Networking that goes beyond borders: alumni organize and participate in regional events, creating spaces to meet like-minded changemakers and build strong connections across the Western Balkans.
• Shining in the spotlight: whether it’s media appearances or collaborating with local and regional media outlets, alumni share the YEA story and their own experiences to inspire others.
• Supporting causes: they lead campaigns that align with YEA mission, raising awareness and driving action for meaningful initiatives.
• Storytelling: alumni use blogs, opinion pieces, reels, podcasts, and videos to share impactful narratives, inspire dialogue, and collaborate with YEA and EU partner platforms.
