The project aims to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV in North Macedonia by strengthening access to modern treatment and promoting a more inclusive and supportive healthcare environment. It focuses on reducing stigma and discrimination, ensuring that patients can access services with dignity, respect, and without barriers. By contributing to a more responsive healthcare system, the project supports better health outcomes and social inclusion.

In parallel, the project promotes increased awareness and early detection by encouraging more people to get checked and, if needed, connect with quality care and support services. It also strengthens the capacities of patient organisations to advocate for sustainable access to life-saving medicines and improved healthcare policies. Through these actions, the project contributes to national and global efforts to end AIDS and to build a healthier and more equitable society.
