Albanija je zemlja kandidat za članstvo u EU. EU je primarni politički i ekonomski partner Albanije i njen najveći donator i investitor. Da bi pomogla zemlji da napreduje na svom putu ka EU, EU pruža finansijsku pomoć u širokom spektru područja – od poljoprivrede do transporta, zelene energije do podrške poduzetnicima i još mnogo toga.
Ta pomoć dolazi zajedno s podrškom za poboljšanja koja su neophodna da bi se zadovoljili standardi EU, u oblastima poput pravosuđa i javne uprave. Na ovaj način, EU doprinosi poboljšanju kvaliteta života i pruža prilike albanskim građanima.
Cultural organisations regularly organising artistic and creative activities or/and those that have the capacity to implement an international artistic and cultural residency project may apply. The first call for residency hosts under the Culture Moves Europe mobility scheme opens on 15 March. The call provides financial support to organisations and individual artists registered as a legal entity that want to host international artists and cultural professionals for a residency project.
This CC4WB programme promotes intercultural dialogue and enhances the socio-economic impact of the cultural and creative sector in the Western Balkans. The programme has launched an open call on following thematic windows for applicants to choose from, including: improving the performance of the cultural and creative sector in the Western Balkans; Strengthening the cultural cooperation within and with the Western Balkans and enhancing inclusive cultural heritage for local development. The ultimate beneficiaries will be citizens in the Western Balkans.
