Policy and Legal Advice Centre (PLAC) for Montenegro
Project Description
The project supports Montenegro in its EU accession process by strengthening the alignment of national legislation with the EU acquis and improving administrative capacities. It focuses on providing legal and technical assistance to drafting, analysing and implementing legislation in line with the EU acquis, while ensuring practical and sustainable solutions for the national system.
The project also enhances institutional coordination, supports meeting EU requirements in the accession negotiation process, and builds skills across government bodies through training, advisory services and knowledge transfer. Key stakeholders are the Ministry of European Affairs, the negotiation team and other public institutions.
