Culture and youth

Culture and sport bring people together. Young people are the drivers of change. Europe’s rich cultural heritage embodies our shared history, and the youth our common future.

The EU supports many efforts that aim to improve the lives and future opportunities of young people, artists and creative industries, and sports participation in the Western Balkans. Cooperation and exchange is the common thread at the heart of all these initiatives.
