The project aims to strengthen the education system in North Macedonia by addressing two key dimensions of youth development: mental well-being and career readiness. It supports the improvement and integration of mental health services within schools, contributing to a more supportive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive both academically and emotionally.

In parallel, the project promotes the development of career orientation programmes that help young people explore educational and professional pathways, and make informed decisions about their future. Through targeted activities, it also enhances the employability skills of students, better preparing them for the transition from education to the labour market. By combining mental health support with career development, the project contributes to the holistic development of young people and their long-term social and economic inclusion.
