Have you heard? The YEAs’ Alumni Club, an inspiring and newly established community, is already setting ground rules, building new trails, and helping shape the future of the Young European Ambassadors network. From 6 to 8 February, alumni members gathered for the first time in Tirana for a milestone meeting envisioned as a space to reconnect, reflect, and co-create. The gathering marked the beginning of a new chapter, focused on strengthening the role of Alumni within the broader YEA community.
The main aim of the meeting was to jointly explore how Alumni can meaningfully contribute to the network and its members through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, advocacy, project support, and strategic input. Participants worked together to map their interests, capacities, and ideas, shaping realistic and sustainable ways to involve Alumni in the future development of the network and its regional impact.
During the two day workshop, Alumni engaged in team-building activities designed to co-shape the initiatives they will bring to life in 2026, and also had the opportunity to hear from distinguished guests and learn from success stories shared by the OSCE Presence in Albania and its Youth Advisory Group. The meeting concluded on a high note, with participants leaving inspired, motivated, and ready to continue building a strong and supportive Alumni community for the upcoming years ahead. Stay tuned!
