From bold ideas to regional dialogue, the Young European Ambassadors network stood out at the Adria Future Summit, a high-level regional event which took place in Tivat, Montenegro. This summit brought together key regional and international stakeholders, including representatives of governments, the private sector, and the innovation ecosystem. The programme was designed to connect regional priorities with global trends, with a focus on fostering collaboration, investment, and sustainable development across the Western Balkans.
The event featured a diverse agenda of panels, keynotes, and roundtable discussions covering topics such as investment, innovation, and regional cooperation. Particular emphasis was placed on sustainable development and energy transition, as well as on investment opportunities and economic growth in the Adria region. Discussions also explored digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and the future of work, alongside broader geopolitical developments and the European integration process.
During the event, YEAs established connections with a wide range of stakeholders, including representatives of public institutions, private companies, and regional initiatives. For them, Adria Future Summit highlighted the importance of regional cooperation and cross-sector collaboration in addressing current global challenges, and reinforced the role of the Western Balkans as a growing hub for innovation, investment, and sustainable development.
