Shqiponje Kodraliu is an advocate with six years of experience dedicated to promoting children’s and youth rights, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion for marginalized communities. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with organizations such as SOS Children’s Villages, the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, and various local NGOs, deepening her understanding of the challenges faced by these groups.

As a member of the Western Balkans Alumni Association, Shqiponje is passionate about fostering connections and sharing knowledge to drive positive change.
