EU integration, Arts and culture, Human rights
My name is Serona and I am an undergraduate student of Law in Albania. I began my activism at the age of 14, volunteering in different community projects and also participating in many national and international training. I head the Department of Global Exchanges (OGX) at AIESEC ALBANIA, which includes cooperation with countries worldwide. Additionally, I am assisting in coordinating and managing projects at the Equality in Decision-Making (EDM) organisation, which focuses not only on the causes of gender equality but also on supporting the role of women in society.
I firmly believe that representing the youth of your country requires networking, credibility and, above all, being as open as possible to diversity. I want to advocate strongly for these core values that I have also seen in other young people from many European countries.
