Olta Shehu

“Hello everyone! I am Olta Shehu and I am studying medicine, currently on my fourth year. Beyond the walls of the lecture halls, I am also a very passionate advocate for human rights as well as creative soul with a dedication for the arts.

From the early days in secondary school to my current university endeavors, I have been the driving force behind numerous artistic projects, whether it’s organizing concerts and art competitions, leading workshops, or simply sharing my love for music and theatre. Through my passion I aspire to build bridges that bring people together through the power of art and creativity.

As a dedicated young activist, I have been advocating for human rights causes for years, fueled by a deep-rooted belief in equality and justice for all. It’s this commitment that led me to join the Young European Ambassadors. To me, being part of this network isn’t just about networking—it’s about finding a family of like-minded individuals; a supportive community of young leaders that have the potential to ignite positive change in the Western Balkan region. With my passion, drive, and boundless energy, I am determined to make my best in helping make a change in the region.
