Filip Milenkoski

I was born in North Macedonia, one of the most multilingual and multicultural parts of Europe. I have lived in Sofia, Bulgaria, for four years, and have spent three years in the USA and three years in Vienna. After spending so much time away, I came back to North Macedonia in 2018 and enrolled in a bachelor’s degree at the School of Political Science and Psychology, University American College Skopje. I have had worked in the NGO Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia and have also completed internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia, as well as the European Policy Institute. I now hold a BA in International Relations and Diplomacy and I am a master’s student. Having been an Erasmus+ student in Portugal at the University of Catholica for a semester, I have had an excellent experience with this EU-funded programme and to be designated as a YEA is a great honour for me and a very exciting prospect.
