Her experience includes working with NGOs, international organizations, and local institutions through various internships, where she has supported projects related to youth engagement, public communication, and community development. She was part of the organizing team of the United Nations Youth Assembly in Kosovo, helping facilitate cooperation between youth, institutions, and international partners. She is the founder and co-organizer of “EU and Me: Kosovo’s Vision,” an initiative designed to encourage meaningful youth engagement with European values, governance, and integration. Aja is also an active member of the Kosovo Youth Assembly, where she contributes to youth inclusion, dialogue, and civic participation.

Aja has strengthened her academic and intercultural foundation through several regional and international programs, including the Dialogue Academy Network organized by OSCE Mission in Kosovo, and OSCE Mission in Serbia, the University of Graz International Summer School, Erasmus initiatives, and the UNDP & UNFPA Regional Peacebuilding Fellowship.

Across her work, she remains committed to promoting dialogue, expanding opportunities for young people, and contributing to Kosovo’s broader role within the European and international community.
