February began on an energetic note, bringing fresh new ideas and renewed motivation for the Young European Ambassadors across the Western Balkans. On 2 February, a social media webinar was organized for YEAs, by the WeBalkans team. During this interactive session, the communications team presented the updated communications approach and shared key lessons from recent activities. The webinar aimed to help YEAs better understand how to improve their social media content and strengthen their online impact.
Members of the WeBalkans team gave a clear recap and overview of recent activities, including the EU with You campaign, YEAs Take on EU, and Follow Me Club. The session also explored what has worked well on social media and what could be improved, with practical examples from recent posts. YEAs had the opportunity to ask questions, share their experiences, and learn more about effective social media communication. The webinar also served as a valuable space for connection and exchange among all of the network members.
The session concluded with simple and practical tips on how to create effective stories, reels, and posts. The focus was placed on using strong visuals, clear and engaging messages, and authentic content that connects with people, especially their peers. The webinar left YEAs better equipped and inspired to continue telling meaningful stories through their social media platforms.
