Lenka Lalović

My name is Lenka Lalović and I am a Youth Programme Coordinator, so as one I organized and took part in many projects that aimed to enhance youth policy and bring the status of young people on a higher level.

Beside youth activism and resolving the main social issues of young people, I was also included in volunteering for Seanema Film Festival that was held in the last 3 years. I had a chance to work closely with young volunteers two years ago, when I was advanced in Volunteer Coordinator.

Seeing the need to engage myself in topics such as: intercultural dialogue, tolerance, prejudice and discrimination and peacebuilding, I focused my work in the last two years on organising workshops and debates among young people based on these currently problematic issues.

As a BA of philology (German language and literature) I got involved in many events that are essential for promoting German and Austrian culture and advantages of learning German language in our country, organised by University of Montenegro, DAAD, German Embassy and Austrian Embassy in Montenegro.

Currently I’m working at Konrad Adenauer Foundation Montenegro. During my studies, I was also a scolarship-holder of KAS, Ministery for education Montenegro and Municipality Ulcinj.
