Jelena Bulajić was born and raised in Podgorica, Montenegro. She has always been driven by a passion for legal studies, EU values, and youth empowerment. Her academic journey began at the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Sciences, guided by excellent professors who inspired her dedication to the field of law.

To deepen her expertise in EU law, Jelena pursued a Master’s Degree in European Legal Studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor in Slovenia. As part of her master’s program, she participated in an Erasmus exchange at the prestigious Vrije Universiteit in Brussels. This experience significantly enriched her academic and professional development.
