Danilo Bulatović is a master’s student, entrepreneur, youth activist, project assistant, and teaching associate at the University of Donja Gorica, where he has served as President of the Student Forum since 2021. His commitment to youth engagement began in high school through participation in competitions and civic initiatives, including volunteering with the Red Cross during the COVID-19 lockdown to support vulnerable communities.

Danilo focuses on improving the quality of education in Montenegro. He is a member of the Higher Education Reform Experts team and serves in the Negotiating Working Group for Montenegro’s EU accession process, specifically in Chapter 26 – Education and Culture. In addition to his academic and policy work, he is the founder and owner of a project consulting company, supporting innovation and development through strategic guidance.
