Edlira is a passionate educator, marketing specialist, and youth activist dedicated to nurturing the potential of young people in Kosovo. With five years of experience working with students aged 5 to 18, she actively leads youth-focused initiatives at the Finnish School of Kosovo.

Her work centers on preparing a skilled and adaptable generation, inspired by educational models from Western countries such as Finland, ready to face an unpredictable future and drive positive societal change.
