Alen Kubat is a master’s student from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, specializing in Peace and Security with a focus on reconciliation and advocacy. Guided by a strong commitment to human rights, he centers his work on health equity, advocating for a safe and stigma-free life for all, regardless of background.

Having grown up as a homosexual individual in Sarajevo, Alen draws strength from his community and is dedicated to fostering compassion, understanding, and inclusion. He aims to be a strong advocate for marginalized minorities, using research and evidence-based approaches to address stigma and discrimination.

Committed to driving positive social change, Alen views his work as a platform to inspire empathy, promote acceptance, and contribute to building a more inclusive society.
