EU i zapadni Balkan imaju zajedni\u010dku kulturu i istoriju, sa blisko povezanim dru\u0161tvima i privredama.\u00a0<\/span>Albanija<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>Crna Gora<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>Severna Makedonija<\/a>\u00a0i\u00a0<\/span>Srbija<\/a>\u00a0su zemlje kandidati za \u010dlanstvo u EU.\u00a0<\/span>Bosnia-Herzegovina<\/a>\u00a0i\u00a0<\/span>Kosovo<\/a>\u00a0su potencijalni kandidati. Da bi pomogla u napredovanju ka \u010dlanstvu, EU pru\u017ea finansijsku pomo\u0107 u nizu oblasti. To ide skupa sa podr\u0161kom za pobolj\u0161anja koja su potrebna da bi se ispunili standardi EU u oblastima kao \u0161to su pravosu\u0111e i javna uprava.<\/span><\/p>\n Finansiranje i saradnja pokrivaju mnoga polja – od osnivanja preduze\u0107a do transportnih pravaca, od klimatskog delovanja do ljudskih prava, od razmene studenata do za\u0161tite kulturnog nasle\u0111a… i jo\u0161 mnogo toga. The WeBalkans.eu portal is a one-stop shop for news, stories, funding opportunities, and related information on cooperation between the European Union and the Western Balkans. It is part of the EU Regional Communication Programme for the Western Balkans, managed by the European Commission and implemented by an external contracted agency, WEGlobal SRL.<\/p>\nProgrammes and initiatives<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\nINSTRUMENT FOR PRE-ACCESSION ASSISTANCE (IPA)<\/h3>\n
Through IPA, the EU provides large-scale financial and technical support to countries on the path to EU membership. Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia are all beneficiaries.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nINSTRUMENT FOR PRE-ACCESSION ASSISTANCE FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT \u2013 IPARD<\/h3>\n
Part of IPA, IPARD focuses on rural areas and the agri-food sectors. Farming and rural businesses in the current EU candidate countries \u2013 Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia \u2013 are eligible.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nEU CIVIL PROTECTION MECHANISM<\/h3>\n
Under the mechanism, civil protection authorities in Europe cooperate to coordinate assistance to victims of disasters in Europe and elsewhere. Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia participate.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nCOMPETITIVENESS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES \u2013 COSME<\/h3>\n
COSME provides support to small and medium enterprises across the EU and is open to SMEs in the Western Balkans.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nCREATIVE EUROPE<\/h3>\n
Creative Europe supports the cultural and audio-visual sectors and is open to cultural and creative organisations from EU as well as non-EU countries, including the Western Balkans.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nCUSTOMS 2020<\/h3>\n
Customs 2020 facilitates cooperation between customs authorities in EU Member States and candidate countries and potential candidates. Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia participate.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nERASMUS+<\/h3>\n
ERASMUS+ promotes cooperation in education, training, youth and sport. It is open to students, educational staff and youth groups in the Western Balkans, who wish to study, teach or volunteer abroad.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nEMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL INNOVATION PROGRAMME \u2013 EaSI<\/h3>\n
EaSI promotes better employment, social protection and work conditions. Public authorities, employment services, social partners and research institutes in the Western Balkans are eligible.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nEUROPE FOR CITIZENS<\/h3>\n
The Europe for Citizens programme contributes to a better understanding of the EU and encourages democratic participation of citizens at the EU level. Public bodies or non-profit organisations in the Western Balkans are eligible to apply.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nFISCALIS 2020<\/h3>\n
Fiscalis 2020 fosters information exchange between tax authorities across Europe. Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia are participating countries.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nHORIZON 2020<\/h3>\n
Horizon 2020 funds projects boosting research and innovation, and is open to participation for researchers, universities and innovative companies from the Western Balkans.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nWESTERN BALKANS INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK \u2013 WBIF<\/h3>\n
The WBIF is a joint initiative of the EU, financial institutions, bilateral donors and governments of the Western Balkans, focused on strategic investments in energy, environment, social, transport and digital infrastructure sectors.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nWESTERN BALKANS ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION FACILITIY \u2013 WB EDIF<\/h3>\n
The WB EDIF, funded by the EU, provides enhanced access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises. It is a joint initiative of the EU, International Financing Institutions, bilateral partners and public bodies in the Western Balkans.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nTAIEX<\/h3>\n
TAIEX is the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission. TAIEX offers peer-to-peer technical assistance and policy support from public experts based in EU Member States to beneficiaries in the Western Balkan region.<\/div>\n<\/p>\nTwinning<\/h3>\n
