Projekti do t\u00eb sjell nj\u00eb sistem ngrohjeje energjitik m\u00eb efikas\u00a0 p\u00ebr qytetin, duke ndihmuar n\u00eb reduktimin e ndotjes s\u00eb ajrit dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e kushteve t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs p\u00ebr 210,000 njer\u00ebz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"SQ\">Ndihma teknike e EIB-s\u00eb do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb zhvillimin e nj\u00eb plani dekarbonizimi p\u00ebr sistemin ngroh\u00ebs n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, p\u00ebrgatitjen e vler\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb nevojshme t\u00eb ndikimit mjedisor dhe social dhe zbatimin e projektit. Fondet jan\u00eb ofruar nga EIB dhe BE p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcuar infrastruktur\u00ebn kryesore q\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebson jet\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzve.
