Nd\u00ebrtimi i impiantit t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti m\u00eb i madh i infrastruktur\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e Podgoric\u00ebs. Si n\u00eb aspektin financiar ashtu edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimor, kjo kontrat\u00eb sh\u00ebnon fillimin e nj\u00eb faze shum\u00eb k\u00ebrkuese t\u00eb projektit t\u00eb investimit gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrtimi i impiantit dhe instalimi i pajisjeve moderne p\u00ebr trajtimin e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza.<\/p>\n

Projekti i p\u00ebrfunduar p\u00ebrfshin nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb impianti t\u00eb ri n\u00eb qytet p\u00ebr trajtimin e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza, impiantin e djegies s\u00eb llumit dhe gjithashtu zgjerimin e rrjetit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza.\u00a0 Investimet do t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur mbledhjen dhe trajtimin e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza t\u00eb krijuara nga qyteti n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Projekti filloi n\u00eb vitin 2009 pas b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb studimi paraprak me ndihm\u00ebn teknike t\u00eb Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF).\u00a0 Mb\u00ebshtetja e WBIF ishte n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs teknike dhe granteve t\u00eb investimit, t\u00eb cilat b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb ky projekt t\u00eb financoj\u00eb e t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb komponent\u00eb duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebs kryesore, rrjetit t\u00eb kanalizimeve kryesore dhe infrastrukturave t\u00eb tjera hidroteknike.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr projektin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb investimeve, BE-ja ka ofruar 22.9 milion\u00eb euro dhe nj\u00eb shum\u00eb shtes\u00eb prej 9.9 milion\u00eb eurosh n\u00eb grante donator\u00ebve bilateral p\u00ebrmes WBIF. Kjo u plot\u00ebsua me nj\u00eb hua t\u00eb KfW Development Bank prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 35 milion\u00eb eurosh dhe nj\u00eb kontribut p\u00ebrfitues prej rreth 7.5 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
