Zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb nga European Commission, delegacioni i BE-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga qeveria dhe organizata t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb disa zhvillimeve dramatike gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, konkretisht pandemia e Covid-19 dhe lufta agresive e Rusis\u00eb kund\u00ebr Ukrain\u00ebs, forumi ofroi nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb sfidat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb n\u00eb rajon, rolin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Michela Matuella, Acting Director of the Western Balkans Directorate at DG NEAR, tha: \u201cBallkani Per\u00ebndimor mbetet prioritet p\u00ebr BE-n\u00eb, dhe Bashkimi Evropian \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht i p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtimin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE. Gjithashtu v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb duhet t\u2019ju kushtohet dhe angazhimit t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve, t&#8217;i lejojm\u00eb ata t\u00eb japin ndihm\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb rajonin nj\u00eb vend m\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar ambiciet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Objektivi kryesor i forumit ishte t\u00eb lan\u00e7onte t\u00eb rishikuara\u201cGuidelines for EU Support to Civil Society in the Enlargement Region 2021-2027\u201d. Udh\u00ebzimet paraqesin objektivat e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr ndihmes\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, ofrimi i nj\u00eb instrumenti p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar bashk\u00ebpunimin me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb matjen e progresit ndaj p\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb kushteve p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gjat\u00eb viteve 2014-2020, BE-ja ofroi 330 milion euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile gjat\u00eb Civil Society Facility and Media Programme, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shuma monetare e planifikuar p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn kohore 2021-2023 \u00ebsht\u00eb 218 milion euro. Udh\u00ebzimet do t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb ndikimin e k\u00ebsaj mb\u00ebshtetjeje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight:
