Bashkimi Evropian \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i angazhuar se kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.\u00a0Dhe ne po shfryt\u00ebzojm\u00eb \u00e7do mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb afrojm\u00eb rajonet dhe popujt tan\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arritje e jasht\u00ebzakonshme.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, Samiti ishte nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb rishikuar p\u00ebrparimin n\u00eb zbatimin e pothuajse <strong>\u20ac30 miliard\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00a0Economic and Investment Plan<\/strong> i fokusuar n\u00eb projekte novatore n\u00eb tranzicionin e gjelb\u00ebr dhe digjital, transportin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, energjin\u00eb e past\u00ebr, mb\u00ebshtetjen n\u00eb sektorin privat dhe zhvillimin e kapitalit njer\u00ebzor p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb mbylljen e hendekut socio-ekonomik mes Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor dhe BE-s\u00eb. Deri m\u00eb tani, BE-ja ka miratuar financimin p\u00ebr <strong>40 projekte novatore<\/strong> n\u00eb transport, nd\u00ebrlidhje, tranzicionin e energjis\u00eb, agjend\u00ebn e gjelb\u00ebr, tranzicionin digjital dhe zhvillimin e kapitalit njer\u00ebzor,<strong> me mb\u00ebshtetje prej \u20ac1.8 miliard\u00eb nga BE-ja dhe nj\u00eb investim total prej \u20ac5.7 miliard\u00eb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kjo p\u00ebrfshin 12 projekte p\u00ebr investime t\u00eb miratuara m\u00eb 5 dhjetor, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve 6 projekte n\u00eb sektorin e energjis\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar fal\u00eb Energy Support Package prej \u20ac1 miliard\u00eb, e p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb prej dy shtyllash:<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n \t<li>\u20ac500 milion\u00eb n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb partner\u00ebt nga Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar rritjen e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb energjis\u00eb p\u00ebr bizneset dhe familjet e cenueshme, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar dhe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb gati p\u00ebr disbursim n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2023.<\/li>\n \t<li>\u20ac500 milion\u00eb n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje afatmesme n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Western Balkans Investment Framework p\u00ebr t\u00eb avancuar n\u00eb tranzicionin e energjis\u00eb dhe sigurin\u00eb e energjis\u00eb. Paketa mbulon transferimin e Regional Energy Efficiency Programme p\u00ebr rinovimin me efikasitet energjitik p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesat private dhe publike, gjasht\u00eb grante investimesh t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr burimet e rinovueshme t\u00eb energjis\u00eb, tre skema grantesh p\u00ebr tranzicionin e energjis\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin privat dhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb garancish p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur energjin\u00eb e rinovueshme dhe eficienc\u00ebn energjitike. Pritet t\u00eb mobilizohen deri n\u00eb \u20ac2.5 miliard\u00eb investime n\u00eb total n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me institucionet financiare nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/li>\n \t<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lider\u00ebt d\u00ebshmuan edhe n\u00ebnshkrimin e deklarat\u00ebs mes p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb operator\u00ebve t\u00eb telekomunikacionit nga Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor dhe BE-ja p\u00ebr uljen e par\u00eb vullnetare t\u00eb <strong>uljes s\u00eb tarifave t\u00eb roaming-ut, duke filluar nga tetori i vitit 2023, midis rajonit dhe BE-s\u00eb q\u00eb fillojn\u00eb n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 2023<\/strong>. Komisioni Evropian dhe Regional Cooperation Council leht\u00ebsuan negociatat p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjen dhe vendimet p\u00ebr reduktimet e m\u00ebtejshme q\u00eb priten n\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 2023.<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00eb fundmi, Samiti ishte nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar dhe zgjeruar bashk\u00ebpunimin e BE-s\u00eb me rajonin n\u00eb menaxhimin e migracionit, sigurin\u00eb kibernetike, arsimin dhe t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb. Komisioni ka miratuar s\u00eb fundmi\u00a0<strong>\u20ac70 milion\u00eb <\/strong>financime p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e <strong>aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb kufirit<\/strong>dhe t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb luft\u00ebn <strong>kund\u00ebr emigracionit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm dhe trafikimit t\u00eb qenieve njer\u00ebzore <\/strong>n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor. BE-ja po p\u00ebrmir\u00ebson ndihm\u00ebn dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin me Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar <strong>rezilienc\u00ebn kibernetike n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb sulmesh kibernetike n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb rajon, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb programi t\u00eb ri prej \u00a0\u20ac5 milion\u00eb <\/strong>n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin i programuar t\u00eb filloj\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2023.
