Pas n\u00ebnshkrimit dhe hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb \u2018Financial Framework Partnership Agreement\u2019 nd\u00ebrmjet BE-s\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs, ky ishte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr hapat e fundit zyrtar\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb disbursimin gradual t\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs financiare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes korniz\u00eb t\u00eb partneritetit IPA III p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2021-2027.\u00a0Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs gjithashtu duhet t\u00eb ratifikoj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen.<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet 14 programeve t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme financiare vjetore nga viti 2007 deri n\u00eb vitin 2020, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb IPA I dhe IPA II, BE-ja deri m\u00eb tani ka siguruar ndihm\u00eb financiare prej 1.21 miliard\u00eb eurosh p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c63.96 milion\u00eb eurot e para nga IPA III do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur konkurrenc\u00ebn n\u00eb sektorin agro-ushqimor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar p\u00ebrmbushjen e kritereve ekonomike t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE. M\u00eb pas, financimi do t\u00eb orientohet drejt p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut dhe p\u00ebrparimit t\u00eb barazis\u00eb gjinore, si dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb ofrimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve komunale dhe siguris\u00eb publike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb,\u201d tha ambasadori i BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Tomas Szunyog.<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financimi vjetor IPA III do t\u00eb kombinohet me 16 milion\u00eb eurot shtes\u00eb nga qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs dhe me financimin nga partner\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb me nj\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 3.8 milion\u00eb eurosh.
