\u201cEco-labels\u201d dhe certifikata t\u00eb njohura nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarisht jan\u00eb certifikime t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr produktet dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e njohura p\u00ebr t\u00eb ulur ndikimin e tyre n\u00eb mjedis n\u00eb krahasim me oferta t\u00eb ngjashme, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb ato nj\u00eb zgjedhje m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme p\u00ebr mjedisin. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb \u201ceco-labels\u201d t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre, ato duhet t\u00eb jepen nga certifikues t\u00eb pavarur t\u00eb akredituar t\u00eb pal\u00eb t\u00eb treta, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb specializuar n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb hoteleve dhe subjekteve t\u00eb akomodimit. Kriteret e p\u00ebrdorura p\u00ebr certifikimin Eco-Lab duhet t\u00eb publikohen dhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb disponueshme p\u00ebr konsumator\u00ebt, duke siguruar transparenc\u00eb gjat\u00eb procesit. N\u00eb kushte ideale, nj\u00eb eco-label gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb trajtoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aspektet e q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb. Krahas aspekteve mjedisore p\u00ebr t’u marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb, ky proces p\u00ebrfshin standardet sociale, t\u00eb tilla si kushtet e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb hotel, si dhe faktor\u00eb ekonomik\u00eb dhe kulturor\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb destinacioni dhe komunitetet e tij vendore t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga turizmi, duke i lejuar ata t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive dhe t\u00eb form\u00ebsojn\u00eb industrin\u00eb e turizmit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cMe an\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti, synojm\u00eb t\u00eb nxisim qasjen e re t\u00eb mendimit largpam\u00ebs n\u00eb industrin\u00eb e turizmit n\u00eb rajonin nd\u00ebrkufitar. K\u00ebtu p\u00ebrfshihet prezantimi i “eco-labels”, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb nga standardet kryesore n\u00eb industrin\u00eb globale t\u00eb turizmit; nj\u00eb standard q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nuk ishte i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb rajonin ton\u00eb.”<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb kritereve, procesi i certifikimit p\u00ebrmban procedura t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikuara dhe angazhime financiare thelb\u00ebsore, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb sfiduese p\u00ebr t\u2019u arritur. Duke e ditur k\u00ebt\u00eb, organizatat joqeveritare (OJQ) partnere dhe bashkit\u00eb n\u00eb rajonin nd\u00ebrkufitar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb nism\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar sektorin vendor t\u00eb hoteleris\u00eb p\u00ebr marrjen e certifikimit \u201cEco Labels\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ahmet Jetullahu-meti, Drejtor Ekzekutiv i Prishtina REA, udh\u00ebheq konsorciumin nd\u00ebrkufitar p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr zbatimin e projektit “Tourism for Future”. Ky projekt, nd\u00ebr objektivat e tij t\u00eb shumta, synon t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr hotelet dhe objektet e ngjashme t\u00eb hoteleris\u00eb n\u00eb rajonet nd\u00ebrkufitare p\u00ebr t’i ndihmuar n\u00eb arritjen e certifikimit Eco Labels. Jetullahu shpjegon: \u201cMe an\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti, synojm\u00eb t\u00eb nxisim qasjen e re t\u00eb mendimit largpam\u00ebs n\u00eb industrin\u00eb e turizmit n\u00eb rajonin nd\u00ebrkufitar. K\u00ebtu p\u00ebrfshihet prezantimi i “eco-labels”, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb nga standardet kryesore n\u00eb industrin\u00eb globale t\u00eb turizmit; nj\u00eb standard q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nuk ishte i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb rajonin ton\u00eb.” Vlen t\u00eb theksohet se ky projekt \u00ebsht\u00eb bashk\u00ebfinancuar nga programi Cross-Border Cooperation (CBC) mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nga BE-ja, i mb\u00ebshtetur nga Bashkia e Pej\u00ebs, Bashkia e Kolashinit, Prishtina REA dhe IPER.<\/p>\n

Certifikimi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar “Eco Labels” p\u00ebrfshin nj\u00eb grup gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs t\u00eb kritereve t\u00eb pranimit, q\u00eb mbulon aspekte si infrastruktura, q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebria mjedisore, profesionalizmi i stafit, marrja e produkteve t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta dhe miq\u00ebsore me mjedisin nga zonat vendore, dhe p\u00ebrfshirja e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore n\u00eb ofertat e tyre.<\/p>\n

Aktualisht, po zhvillohen seanca trajnimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebto tema thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb dhe profesionist\u00ebt n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb rajonet nd\u00ebrkufitare. K\u00ebto seanca trajnimi, t\u00eb zhvilluara ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb Pej\u00eb dhe Kolashin, p\u00ebrfshinin rreth 30 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga secila an\u00eb e kufirit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u p\u00ebrzgjodh\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb procesi t\u00eb thirrjes s\u00eb hapur. Gjithashtu, projekti synon t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb trajnim dhe certifikim p\u00ebr 15 auditues t\u00eb specializuar n\u00eb certifikimin \u201cEco Labels\u201d. Si\u00e7 e thekson Ahmet Jetullahu-meti \u201cAktualisht, ka nj\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb theksuar t\u00eb audituesve t\u00eb certifikuar p\u00ebr “Eco Labels” n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Mal t\u00eb Zi, apo ndonj\u00eb shtet fqinj. Prandaj, arritja e k\u00ebtij certifikimi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb moment sukses historik p\u00ebr industrin\u00eb e turizmit n\u00eb rajon\u201d. Ne synojm\u00eb t\u00eb certifikojm\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 20 p\u00ebrfitues grantesh me certifikimin “Eco-Label” t\u00eb njohur nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarisht (10 nga rajoni i Pej\u00ebs dhe 10 nga rajoni i Kolashinit), n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me thirrjen transparente p\u00ebr aplikime p\u00ebr grante, t\u00eb miratuar nga platforma elektronike online, e zhvilluar nga ana e projektit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u00a0\u201cPjes\u00ebmarrja dhe interesi i k\u00ebtyre kompanive jan\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb larta dhe ata e vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb shum\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e ofruar nga projekti\u201d.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Rreth programit <\/strong><\/p>\n

Objektivi global i \u00a0IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Montenegro-Kosovo \u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i standardit dhe cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb zon\u00ebn ku zbatohet programi, p\u00ebrmes zhvillimit ekonomik t\u00eb rajonit, t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin mjedisor dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs n\u00eb aspektin social, n\u00eb lidhje me trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore dhe natyrore. Kjo do t\u00eb arrihet p\u00ebrmes projekteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta q\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb prioriteteve t\u00eb m\u00ebposhtme tematike t\u00eb programit: Promovimi i pun\u00ebsimit, l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore dhe p\u00ebrfshirjes sociale e kulturore p\u00ebrtej kufirit; mbrojtja e mjedisit, promovimi i p\u00ebrshtatjes dhe zbutjes s\u00eb ndryshimeve klimatike dhe parandalimi e menaxhimi i riskut; si dhe nxitja e turizmit dhe e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore dhe natyrore.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

P\u00ebrtej certifikimit “Eco Label”, projekti po ndihmon aktivisht p\u00ebrfituesit n\u00eb rajon duke leht\u00ebsuar zhvillimin dhe zbatimin e strategjive t\u00eb integruara t\u00eb turizmit dhe komunikimit, si dhe promovimin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore dhe ekonomis\u00eb vendore p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb platforme krijuese elektronike t\u00eb turizmit, t\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebr promovimin dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimin e sektor\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkufitar\u00eb t\u00eb turizmit dhe trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore. Disa nga aktivitetet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb festivalet e turizmit nd\u00ebrkufitar dhe organizimin dhe promovimin e dy itinerareve ekologjike. Ahmet Jetullahu-Meti shpjegon historikun e projektit, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer nj\u00eb hulumtim i gjer\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb mbi 136 biznese nga rajonet nd\u00ebrkufitare.
