Historia e transportit hekurudhor n\u00eb Serbi filloi gjat\u00eb mesit t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb 19-t\u00eb kur nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e rajonit ishte ende n\u00ebn kontrollin e Perandoris\u00eb Austro-Hungareze dhe asaj Osmane. Rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e Hekurudhave Serbe si korporat\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjurmohen n\u00eb vitin 1881 kur Princi Milan i themeloi zyrtarisht Hekurudhat Komb\u00ebtare Serbe. Sipas Hekurudh\u00ebs Serbe, udh\u00ebtimi inaugurues nga Beogradi n\u00eb Nish u b\u00eb m\u00eb 23 gusht 1884, duke sh\u00ebnuar themelimin zyrtar t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb. N\u00eb vitet 1990, pas shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs Socialiste Federative t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb, sistemi hekurudhor i Serbis\u00eb u p\u00ebrball me sfida t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Anita Dimoski, asistente ministre e p\u00ebrkohshme p\u00ebr hekurudha dhe transport intermodal, n\u00eb Qeveria e Serbis\u00eb hedh drit\u00eb mbi situat\u00ebn. Ajo shpjegon se si qeveria ashtu edhe hekurudhat kishin nj\u00eb plan t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr rind\u00ebrtimin e rregullt t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb shinave hekurudhore \u00e7do vit. Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb krizave financiare dhe ndikimit t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb COVID-19, k\u00ebto aktivitete t\u00eb rutin\u00ebs s\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjes duhej t\u00eb shtyheshin. \u201cSigurimi i transportit t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb k\u00ebrkon investime t\u00eb konsiderueshme\u201d, thekson znj. Fal\u00eb k\u00ebsaj mb\u00ebshtetje financiare, udh\u00ebtimi me tren nd\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtyre dy qyteteve serbe s\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb m\u00eb pak se dy or\u00eb, me nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi deri n\u00eb 200 km\/h. Aktualisht, udh\u00ebtimi me tren zgjat t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn gjasht\u00eb or\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa udh\u00ebtimi me makin\u00eb zgjat af\u00ebrsisht tre or\u00eb. Konkretisht, Bashkimi Evropian do t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb 610 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb grante, duke e sh\u00ebnuar at\u00eb si grantin m\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Serbi deri m\u00eb tani. Gjithashtu kjo paket\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebrfshin nj\u00eb kredi prej 1.1 miliard\u00eb eurosh nga Banka Evropiane e Investimeve (EIB) dhe nj\u00eb hua prej 550 milion euro nga Banka Evropiane p\u00ebr Rind\u00ebrtim dhe Zhvillim (EBRD). Pjesa e mbetur e investimit do t\u00eb mbulohet nga Qeveria e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Rreth projektit<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rehabilitimi i hekurudh\u00ebs Beograd-Nish do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb lidhjet e Serbis\u00eb me rrjetet e tjera hekurudhore evropiane. Do t\u00eb leht\u00ebsoj\u00eb transportin m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb mallrave dhe do t\u00eb reduktoj\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm koh\u00ebn e udh\u00ebtimit. Gjithashtu, duke qen\u00eb se hekurudha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e past\u00ebr transporti, modernizimi i sistemit hekurudhor kontribuon n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb mjedis m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr.
