N\u00eb vitin 1850, arqipeshkvi Raffaele D’Ambrosio u p\u00ebrball me kund\u00ebrshtimin e administrat\u00ebs osmane teksa u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb krijonte selin\u00eb e Kish\u00ebs Katolike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs. P\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, ai zgjodhi Delbnishtin si vendndodhjen e re. Nga ky k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim, arqipeshkvi mbik\u00ebqyri dhe drejtoi nj\u00eb rrjet prej kryesisht tet\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb famullish q\u00eb shtriheshin n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin, s\u00eb bashku me kat\u00ebr dioqeza t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb ishin zbehur gjat\u00eb sundimit osman. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, kjo zon\u00eb sh\u00ebrbeu si nj\u00eb pik\u00eb qendrore p\u00ebr kuvendet e ndryshme dedikuar ruajtjes s\u00eb identitetit kulturor, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn sociale dhe politike gjat\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane. N\u00ebn drejtimin e k\u00ebsaj arqipeshkvie, u ngrit\u00ebn shkollat e para shqipe n\u00eb Sh\u00ebn t\u00eb Premten e Kurbinit n\u00eb vitin 1632, e m\u00eb pas n\u00eb Delbnisht n\u00eb 1856-\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb e Durr\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1872. N\u00eb vitet 1903, 1904 dhe 1905, n\u00eb Delbnisht u zhvilluan kuvende t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, duke sfiduar politikat tatimore t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb osmane dhe duke mbrojtur t\u00eb drejtat e popullit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb, arqipeshkvi Pren Bardh Kamberi mori nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar krahun e tij t\u00eb djatht\u00eb, Dom Nikoll\u00eb Ka\u00e7orrin, si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Kurbinit dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territoreve n\u00ebn juridiksionin e Arqipeshkvit t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e ngritjes s\u00eb flamurit n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb gjat\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb m\u00eb 28 n\u00ebntor 1912. N\u00eb or\u00ebn 10 t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit t\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs dit\u00eb, u dha urdhri p\u00ebr ngritjen e flamurit shqiptar n\u00eb Milot nga godina n\u00eb Delbnisht. Kjo arqipeshkvi p\u00ebsoi d\u00ebme t\u00eb konsiderueshme nga kryengrit\u00ebsit gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb sulmi t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Haxhi Qamilit kund\u00ebr mbretit Wilhelm zu Wied t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 1914. Rreth vitit 1967, gjat\u00eb regjimit komunist, Kisha dhe selia qendrore e Arqipeshkvis\u00eb u mbyll\u00ebn me forc\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme, vendi u p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsua dhe u shkat\u00ebrrua gradualisht. \u201cK\u00ebshtu, ky restaurim \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb demonstruar, si n\u00eb aspektin fizik dhe at\u00eb simbolik, d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur ndjenj\u00ebn e p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm brenda Kish\u00ebs Katolike, por n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare dhe diversitetin e saj fetar\u201d.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Ish-Arqipeshkvia e Durr\u00ebsit n\u00eb Delbnisht (La\u00e7) p\u00ebsoi d\u00ebme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha gjat\u00eb t\u00ebrmetit t\u00eb vitit 2019. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb thell\u00eb historike, ajo u zgjodh p\u00ebr restaurim si pjes\u00eb e projektit EU4 Culture, financuar nga BE-ja dhe zbatuar nga UNOPS-i n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb partneritet t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me Ministrin\u00eb e Kultur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Don Massimiliano Maria Spezia F.d.C, famullitari gjyq\u00ebsor i Arqipeshkvis\u00eb Tirana-Durr\u00ebs, thekson r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e restaurimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij monumenti. Ai thekson se ky restaurim synon t\u00eb ringjall\u00eb nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb mbart jo vet\u00ebm kujtimet e ngjarjeve historike, por edhe lidhjen me vlerat etnologjike, sociale dhe kulturore p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat paraardh\u00ebsit e kombit sakrifikuan shum\u00eb. \u201cK\u00ebshtu, ky restaurim \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb demonstruar, si n\u00eb aspektin fizik dhe at\u00eb simbolik, d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur ndjenj\u00ebn e p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm brenda Kish\u00ebs Katolike, por n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare dhe diversitetin e saj fetar,\u201d pohon ai.<\/p>\n

Projekti p\u00ebr restaurimin e k\u00ebsaj nd\u00ebrtese, me nj\u00eb kosto totale prej 620,000 eurosh, nisi n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 2022 dhe zgjati p\u00ebr rreth nj\u00eb vit. Punimet gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb riparimet e \u00e7atis\u00eb, fortifikimin e pik\u00ebs qendrore t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs dhe godinave ngjitur, si dhe restaurimin me p\u00ebrpik\u00ebri t\u00eb dritareve, dyerve, dyshemeve dhe rifiniturave, t\u00eb gjitha n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me projektet e miratuara. Gjithashtu, u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuan dhe u modernizuan pajisjet mekanike, elektrike e t\u00eb tjera. Gjithashtu, projekti p\u00ebrfshiu g\u00ebrmimin e nj\u00eb pusi t\u00eb ri dhe instalimin e kabllove elektrike t\u00eb tensionit t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Rreth projektit<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2019, Shqip\u00ebria u godit nga t\u00ebrmeti m\u00eb vdekjeprur\u00ebs i 50 viteve t\u00eb fundit,\u00a0 me magnitud\u00eb 6.3 ball\u00eb i shkall\u00ebs Rihter, i cili shkaktoi d\u00ebme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb 11 bashki. Projekti EU4Culture financohet nga European Union (EU) dhe zbatohet nga United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) n\u00eb partneritet t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me Ministrin\u00eb e Kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.\u00a0 Ai fokusohet n\u00eb rinovimin dhe rijet\u00ebsimin e vendeve kryesore t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuara nga t\u00ebrmeti dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb nga programet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore t\u00eb financuar nga European Union me nj\u00eb buxhet total prej 40 milion\u00eb eurosh. Udh\u00ebhequr nga parimi “Building Back Better”, EU4Culture fokusohet n\u00eb rinovimin e pikave kryesore t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me UN Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, projekti synon t\u00eb rris\u00eb potencialin turistik t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke kontribuar k\u00ebshtu drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjen socio-ekonomike vendore dhe rajonale. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i kushtohet teknologjive inovative, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb tregimin digjital t\u00eb historive dhe krijimin e produkteve multimediale t\u00eb projektuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb aksesueshme nga gjith\u00eb. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, projekti mb\u00ebshtet sip\u00ebrmarrjen vendore, zejtarin\u00eb dhe nismat kulturore q\u00eb zhvillohen rreth vendeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhura p\u00ebrmes shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb granteve, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shtys\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb vendore.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
