Programi i mentorimit financohet p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb granti nga programi i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i Bashkimit Evropian dhe K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs \u201cNd\u00ebrtimi i Kapaciteteve p\u00ebr P\u00ebrfshirje n\u00eb Arsim &#8211; P\u00cbRFSHIJ\u201d dhe zbatohet nga Roma Versitas Kosovo. Projekti filloi n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 2023 dhe do t\u00eb zhvillohet gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe prej 12 muaj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shkalla e braktisjes s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb mesin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shkollave t\u00eb mesme nga komuniteti rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian ishte nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje serioze, me mbi 80% t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb e braktis\u00ebn shkoll\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 2013. Megjithat\u00eb, fal\u00eb nismave si ky projekt, shkalla e braktisjes s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur n\u00eb rreth 10-15%. Fillimisht, projekti kishte p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes, me vet\u00ebm 40 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, 80% t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin meshkuj dhe 20% ishin femra.
