Mora pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto sesione dhe menj\u00ebher\u00eb u binda q\u00eb shkollat tona duhet t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb\u201d.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Teksa merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb RYCO-s, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte Shoqat\u00ebn e M\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb Gjuh\u00ebs Italiane nga Mali i Zi dhe Shqip\u00ebria, Katrina m\u00ebsoi p\u00ebr Superschools Western Balkans School Exchange Scheme, q\u00eb i kushtohet mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr vendosjen e paqes dhe p\u00ebr pajtimin n\u00eb rajon. Pas sesionit informativ, Katrina caktoi nj\u00eb takim me drejtorin e shkoll\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi. Me miratimin e drejtorit, shkolla iu bashkua programit t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit Superschools.<\/p>\n

Si pjes\u00eb e programit, shkolla e Katrin\u00ebs priti nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nga shkolla e mesme Stevan Sremac n\u00eb Nish, Serbi, n\u00eb kampusin e tyre n\u00eb Tuzi. K\u00ebtu, student\u00ebt angazhohen n\u00eb klasa t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb tema t\u00eb ndryshme, duke iu dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi student\u00ebve q\u00eb: t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb, t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb reja dhe t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb miq\u00ebsi. Duke reflektuar mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb, Katrina shprehet: “Nuk kishim hasur di\u00e7ka t\u00eb till\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe fillimisht ishim t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar se si do t\u00eb shkonte. Megjithat\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb, student\u00ebt bashk\u00ebvepruan jasht\u00ebzakonisht mir\u00eb dhe filluan t\u00eb vepronin si nj\u00eb klas\u00eb e unifikuar. Dukej sikur njiheshin prej koh\u00ebsh\u201d.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

“Besoj se ky shk\u00ebmbim pati ndikim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, sepse workshop-i p\u00ebrfshiu tema t\u00eb tilla si stereotipat, paragjykimet, si dhe zbulimet e interesave t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta dhe tipareve kulturore midis individ\u00ebve me prejardhje t\u00eb ndryshme. Ky aspekt funksionoi shum\u00eb mir\u00eb gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs son\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit.”<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Rreth projektit <\/strong><\/p>\n

Superschools \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb program RYCO p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbimet e shkollave n\u00eb WB6, me disa objektiva: p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e procesit t\u00eb vendosjes s\u00eb paqes dhe pajtimit, si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit nd\u00ebrkulturor dhe p\u00ebr dialogun midis shkollave, student\u00ebve dhe komuniteteve t\u00eb tyre. Programi \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb projekti me shum\u00eb donator\u00eb \u201cWestern Balkans School Exchange Scheme\u201d, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb bashk\u00ebfinancuar nga German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) dhe zbatuar nga Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), s\u00eb bashku me Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO). Projekti ka nj\u00eb buxhet total prej 5.5 milion\u00eb euro dhe kontribuon n\u00eb objektivin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr rritjen e aft\u00ebsive dhe njohurive t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar sistemet arsimore dhe duke promovuar bashk\u00ebpunimin n\u00eb rajon, p\u00ebrmes krijimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb skeme rajonale t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb shkollave.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Katrina tregon se fillimisht nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e shkoll\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin me prejardhje etnike, ishin disi t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt, kryesisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nga Serbia. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit, ka pasur nj\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm dhe pozitiv n\u00eb perceptimet e tyre ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit.
