Q\u00ebllimi ishte identifikimi i k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje shtes\u00eb profesionale n\u00eb zbatimin e programit p\u00ebr rritje dhe zhvillim t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, i cili merr mb\u00ebshtetje nga Ministria e Arsimit, Shkenc\u00ebs dhe Rinis\u00eb s\u00eb Kantonit t\u00eb Sarajev\u00ebs. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi, IPD njohu domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb vazhdueshme me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt parashkollor\u00eb. Duke shfryt\u00ebzuar gjetjet e sondazhit t\u00eb vitit 2019 dhe me udh\u00ebzimet e ekspert\u00ebve, ata zhvilluan nj\u00eb paket\u00eb edukative p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur aft\u00ebsit\u00eb emocionale dhe shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kjo paket\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar nevojat e prind\u00ebrve dhe edukator\u00ebve. P\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar udh\u00ebzime t\u00eb duhura mbi p\u00ebrdorimin e tij dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive nevojat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs kat\u00ebr deri n\u00eb gjasht\u00eb vje\u00e7, IPD nisi nj\u00eb projekt shtes\u00eb t\u00eb titulluar &#8220;Promoting Healthy Growth and Development of Children in Preschool Institutions in the Municipality Center Sarajevo.&#8221; Ky projekt po zbatohet si pjes\u00eb e programit ReLOaD2, i cili mb\u00ebshtetet financiarisht nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe zbatohet nga Programi i Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr Zhvillim (UNDP).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>&#8220;Ne kemi krijuar platform\u00ebn e internetit &#8220;Healthy Growth and Development&#8221;, duke u mund\u00ebsuar prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kurse trajnimi online dhe t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb njohuri praktike q\u00eb mund t&#8217;i praktikojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre.&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sipas koordinatorit t\u00eb projektit Amer D\u017eekman, iniciativa p\u00ebrfshin 19 institucione parashkollore dhe 50 edukator\u00eb nga kjo Bashki. K\u00ebta edukator\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Workshop-e dyditore q\u00eb synonin rritjen e aft\u00ebsive dhe kompetencave t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr zbatimin e projektit. \u00c7do institucion parashkollor mori nj\u00eb &#8220;\u00c7ant\u00eb kopshti&#8221; q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhje t\u00eb mjeteve praktike q\u00eb leht\u00ebsojn\u00eb angazhimin me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht, \u00c7antat e kopshtit p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb kukulla t\u00eb quajtura Hana dhe Dado, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb integrale e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Bashkiake t\u00eb Sarajev\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u017eekman sqaron se k\u00ebto kukulla sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si nj\u00eb mjet arg\u00ebtues q\u00eb edukator\u00ebt e p\u00ebrdorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb udh\u00ebzime t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr rritjen dhe zhvillimin e sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet loj\u00ebs, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt kuptojn\u00eb konceptet e mbajtjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb stili jetese t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm pa u munduar. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, \u00c7antat e kopshtit p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb flet\u00eb pune, postera, kartolina fotografish dhe karta emocionesh q\u00eb p\u00ebrputhen me veprimtarit\u00eb e projektit.\u00a0 P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, D\u017eekman thekson rolin vendimtar t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb prind\u00ebrve n\u00eb zbatimin e projektit. &#8220;Ne kemi krijuar platform\u00ebn e internetit &#8220;&#8216;Healthy Growth and Development&#8221;, duke u mund\u00ebsuar prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kurse trajnimi online dhe t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb njohuri praktike q\u00eb mund t&#8217;i praktikojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre,&#8221; shpjegon D\u017eekman.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u201cDhuna fizike ka tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb shfaqet m\u00eb von\u00eb tek djemt\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa tek vajzat dominojn\u00eb forma t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs verbale. Djemt\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb dhun\u00eb fizike n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb hershme kan\u00eb dy her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb b\u00ebhen vet\u00eb dhunues, duke u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb z\u00ebnka, duke mbajtur arm\u00eb dhe duke shfaqur sjellje t\u00eb dhunshme n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie. K\u00ebto shqet\u00ebsime theksojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e zbatimit t\u00eb programeve q\u00eb ndajn\u00eb q\u00ebllime t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta me &#8216;Rritjen dhe Zhvillimin e Sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm&#8217; gjat\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb hershme.&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Rreth projektit <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programi Rajonal p\u00ebr Demokracin\u00eb Lokale n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor 2 (ReLOaD2) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi e nismave t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga BE &#8211; Projekti p\u00ebr Forcimin e Demokracis\u00eb Lokale (LOD, 2009-2016) dhe Programi Rajonal i zgjeruar m\u00eb pas p\u00ebr Demokracin\u00eb Lokale n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor (ReLOaD, 2017-2020). Ashtu si projektet e m\u00ebparshme, ky projekt financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian (BE) dhe zbatohet nga United Nations Development Program (UNDP). ReLOaD2 zbatohet n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti<a href=\"https:\/\/www.al.undp.org\/content\/albania\/en\/home\/projects\/regional-local-democracy-programme-in-the-western-balkans2--relo.html\">n\u00eb <strong>Shqip\u00ebri<\/strong><\/a><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ba.undp.org\/content\/bosnia_and_herzegovina\/en\/home\/development-impact\/ReLOaD.html\"><strong>Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb (BiH)<\/strong><\/a><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ks.undp.org\/content\/kosovo\/en\/home\/projects\/regional-programme-on-local-democracy-in-the-western-balkans-2--.html\"><strong>Kosov\u00eb <\/strong><\/a><strong>*,\u00a0Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut,\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.me.undp.org\/content\/montenegro\/en\/home\/projects\/regional-programme-on-local-democracy-in-the-western-balkans-2--.html\"><strong>Malin e Zi<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0dhe <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rs.undp.org\/content\/serbia\/en\/home\/projects\/regionalni-program-lokalne-demokratije-na-zapadnom-balkanu-2--re.html\"><strong>Serbin\u00eb<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gjithsej 150 prind\u00ebr kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar kursin e trajnimit online p\u00ebr &#8220;Healthy Growth and Development&#8221;, me mbi 200 prej tyre n\u00eb qasje m\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet e konsultimit dhe mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebrmes platform\u00ebs IPD Facebook &#8220;Parent Advisors&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maja Alihod\u017ei\u0107, nj\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00eb, f\u00ebmija i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb program, shprehu se si trajnimi i ka ndihmuar prind\u00ebrit t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcejn\u00eb sfidat e p\u00ebrditshme n\u00eb rritjen e t\u00eb vegj\u00eblve t\u00eb tyre. \u201cP\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb ndjeva se f\u00ebmij\u00ebt trajtoheshin dhe ju flitej ndryshe. K\u00ebshillat q\u00eb mor\u00ebm ndihmuan shum\u00eb n\u00eb adresimin e temave t\u00eb ndryshme duke promovuar bised\u00ebn e hapur dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit s\u00eb bashku. Besoj se tani e kemi kuptuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin dhe ndihem m\u00eb i pajisur p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar situata t\u00eb ndryshme. Shpresoj se programe t\u00eb ngjashme do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb disponueshme n\u00eb shkollat \u200b\u200bfillore, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e prind\u00ebrve dhe edukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb standarde n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha institucionet arsimore\u201d, thot\u00eb Alihod\u017ei\u0107.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IPD thekson nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs, ngacmimit dhe abuzimit verbal si midis djemve dhe vajzave, madje edhe n\u00eb klasat e ul\u00ebta t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs fillore.
