Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e dukshme n\u00eb bashkit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla dhe me t\u00eb thella, si Andrijevica, e cila ka nj\u00eb popullsi prej pothuajse 4,500 banor\u00eb. T\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb qarkun lindor t\u00eb Polimlje-s s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, t\u00eb moshuarit n\u00eb Andrijevica p\u00ebrballen me sfida ekonomike si edhe me munges\u00ebn e aktiviteteve rekreative dhe sociale, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb sportet dhe eventet kulturore, dhe aksesin n\u00eb strukturat e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor. Sipas Z. Elezovic dhe me mb\u00ebshtetjen e UNDP-s\u00eb dhe BE-s\u00eb, lan\u00e7uan projektin \u2018\u2019Veterans\u2019\u2019. Projekti u financua nga Regional Programme for Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 (ReLOaD2). Projekti synon p\u00ebrshtatjen e nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsire p\u00ebr Pensioners&#8217; Club, organizimin e aktiviteteve t\u00eb ndryshme rekreative dhe sociale, dhe informimin e pensionist\u00ebve rreth aksesit m\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb n\u00eb strukturat e kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje, shoqata e pensionist\u00ebve organizoi udh\u00ebtime n\u00eb malet e af\u00ebrt, seanca p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb, teknologjin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e kompjuterit, dhe mbr\u00ebmje me tem\u00eb. \u2018\u2019K\u00ebto aktivitete ishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb moshuarit n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb ton\u00eb dhe transformuan jet\u00ebt tona n\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00ebnyra,\u2019\u2019 deklaroi Z. Objektivi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb forcimi i demokracive pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse dhe i integrimit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke fuqizuar shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile dhe duke i nxitur t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive n\u00eb procesin e vendimmarrjes, si dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedisi mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs ligjor dhe financiar p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sh\u00ebrbimet e ofruara nga projekti \u2018Veterans\u2019\u2019 mund\u00ebsuan shfryt\u00ebzim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb pensionist\u00ebve, inkurajuan pjes\u00ebmarrjen e tyre n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e Pensioners&#8217; Club, mblodh\u00ebn t\u00eb moshuarit n\u00eb zonat e thella rurale, dhe rrit\u00ebn k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. \u2018\u2019Mb\u00ebshtetja e ofruar nga programi ReLOaD t\u00eb financuar nga BE-ja dhe menaxhuar nga UNDP-ja ishte shum\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr ne, pasi pa t\u00eb, ne nuk do t\u00eb ishim n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb rigjall\u00ebronim shoqat\u00ebn ton\u00eb dhe ta b\u00ebnim at\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt tan\u00eb,\u2019\u2019 deklaroi Z.
