N\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara p\u00ebrballen shpesh me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi kur vjen puna te pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb proceset sociale t\u00eb komunitetit t\u00eb tyre lokal. Kjo mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb infrastrukture t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatur p\u00ebr nevojat e tyre, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive financiare, t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb motivimit.\u00a0 Kjo ndodh k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti n\u00eb Nikshiq, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb qyteti i dyt\u00eb m\u00eb i madh i shtetit, me nj\u00eb popullsi prej rreth 60,000 banor\u00ebsh. P\u00ebr ta trajtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb problem, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet u themelua nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb e re joqeveritare (OJQ) e quajtur Mozaik. Sipas organizat\u00ebs, p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara n\u00eb Nikshiq, mungon qart\u00ebsisht gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshirja sociale, dhe shum\u00eb prej tyre ndodhen t\u00eb izoluar dhe pa akses n\u00eb aktivitete sociale ose mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

N\u00eb 2019, Blagoje Sturanovic dhe dy miq t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, q\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht persona me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, themeluan Mozaik-un p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb veprime p\u00ebr trajtimin e k\u00ebtyre problemeve. Blagoje shpjegon se nuk ka organizata t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb Nikshiq q\u00eb i kan\u00eb trajtuar n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti nevojat e personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, dhe ai dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb themelues t\u00eb Mozaik-ut kishin nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb kishte dhe organizata t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb ofronin mb\u00ebshtetje deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb mase, ata nuk kishin si objektiv p\u00ebrkushtimin e plot\u00eb ndaj personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

“P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, n\u00eb Nikshiq dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, aksesueshm\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb problem serioz p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara kur vjen puna p\u00ebr hyrjen n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa. Shumica e kafeve, restoranteve dhe vendeve t\u00eb tjera nuk mund t\u00eb aksesohen me karroca me rrota dhe, gjat\u00eb ver\u00ebs, grupi mundi t\u00eb mblidhej vet\u00ebm n\u00eb tarraca.\u201c<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Q\u00eb prej fillimit, partner\u00ebt themelues t\u00eb Mozaik-ut pat\u00ebn iden\u00eb e krijimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb klubi social ku personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mblidheshin, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebroheshin e t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb ndryshme kulturore dhe sociale. \u201eP\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, n\u00eb Nikshiq dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, aksesueshm\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb problem serioz p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara kur vjen puna p\u00ebr hyrjen n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa. Pandemia i p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsoi edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto probleme aksesueshm\u00ebrie. P\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb socializmin dhe integrimin e personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara n\u00eb Nikshiq, Mozaik-u krijoi klubin e par\u00eb social p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb kufizuara, me mb\u00ebshtetjen e programit ReLOaD2 t\u00eb financuar nga BE-ja dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb zbatim nga UNDP-ja.<\/p>\n

Klubi social, q\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb siguruar nga Bashkia e Nikshiqit, ofroi 15 seminare motivuese p\u00ebr ndihm\u00ebn psikologjike dhe 15 seminare t\u00eb bazuara te pun\u00ebsimi. Ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, Mozaik-u themeloi nj\u00eb studio t\u00eb vog\u00ebl pikture dhe ofroi kurse krijuese pikture p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. Blagoje thot\u00eb se studioja e piktur\u00ebs dhe kurset qen\u00eb aktivitetet m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00eblqyera t\u00eb Klubit, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201eP\u00ebr shembull, nj\u00eb grua rreth t\u00eb 60-ave, me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuar q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nuk dilte kurr\u00eb nga sht\u00ebpia, tani del n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytet p\u00ebrdit\u00eb, duke marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb seminare ose duke u angazhuar n\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb tjera.\u201c<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Lidhur me projektin\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Programi Rajonal p\u00ebr Demokraci Vendore n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor 2 (ReLOaD2) \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdim i nismave t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga BE-ja, si: Projekti p\u00ebr Forcimin e Demokracis\u00eb Vendore (LOD 2009 – 2016) dhe Programi i zgjeruar Rajonal p\u00ebr Demokracin\u00eb Vendore n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor (ReLOaD, 2017-2020). Objektivi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb forcimi i demokracive pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse dhe i integrimit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke fuqizuar shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile dhe duke i nxitur t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb aktive n\u00eb procesin e vendimmarrjes, si dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedisi mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs ligjor dhe financiar p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
