Linja komb\u00ebtare telefonike p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt (NADEL) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr linje telefonike p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e foshnjave, f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb Beograd dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar si nj\u00eb nga mekanizmat p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar dhun\u00ebn kund\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Telefonatat n\u00eb numrin e telefonit 116-111 jan\u00eb falas dhe t\u00eb disponueshme 24 or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb, shtat\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb. \u201cNj\u00eb shpjegim i logjiksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ne ishte se p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mbylljes, e gjith\u00eb familja ishte s\u00eb bashku 24\/7. Nuk kishte privat\u00ebsi dhe pjesa m\u00eb e madhe nuk kishin mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb merrnin telefonin dhe t\u00eb flisnin me persona jasht\u00eb familjes, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe linj\u00ebn telefonike NADEL.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Situata paradoksale t\u00ebrhoqi v\u00ebmendjen e Unicef-it n\u00eb Serbi, q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nga partner\u00ebt dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit afatgjat\u00eb t\u00eb NADEL. Vesna Dejanovi\u0107, Specialiste e mbrojtjes s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs, Unicef Serbi Ajo ndan analiz\u00ebn e saj: \u201cNj\u00eb shpjegim i logjiksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ne ishte se p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mbylljes, e gjith\u00eb familja ishte s\u00eb bashku 24\/7. Nuk kishte privat\u00ebsi dhe pjesa m\u00eb e madhe nuk kishin mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb merrnin telefonin dhe t\u00eb flisnin me persona jasht\u00eb familjes, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe linj\u00ebn telefonike NADEL.\u201d<\/p>\n

Duke pasur k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb mend, n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb vitit 2021, Unicef n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me BE-n\u00eb filluan nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb kontakt me NADEL edhe n\u00eb situata ku mungon privat\u00ebsia fal\u00eb nj\u00eb funksioni mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs p\u00ebr disktime online n\u00eb chat q\u00eb do t\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb paralelisht me linj\u00ebn tradicionale telefonike. Ata mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn NADEL me zhvillimin e programit kompjuterik p\u00ebr linj\u00ebn e chat-it, duke bler\u00eb disa pajisje shtes\u00eb dhe duke ofruar fonde p\u00ebr rrogat e k\u00ebshilluesve t\u00eb shtuar q\u00eb do t\u00eb menaxhojn\u00eb linj\u00ebn e chat-it.<\/p>\n

Vesna shpjegon se i kan\u00eb ndihmuar edhe n\u00eb ngritjen e kapaciteteve, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin trajnimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e lart\u00eb dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe ofrues t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit, si punonj\u00ebs social\u00eb t\u00eb OJQ-ve t\u00eb vogla – t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ofruesit e sh\u00ebrbimit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pozicionuar ose q\u00eb kan\u00eb potencialit t\u00eb angazhohen n\u00eb k\u00ebshillimin online p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb njohuri. \u201cP\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket ngritjes s\u00eb kapaciteteve, ne i kemi mund\u00ebsuar atyre mb\u00ebshtetjen logjistike dhe nj\u00eb kontribut financiar modest p\u00ebr zhvillimin e manualeve t\u00eb trajnimit. Trajnimi \u00ebsht\u00eb ofruar nga stafi i NADEL duke qen\u00eb se ata kan\u00eb nj\u00eb personel me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe me trajnim kompetent,\u201d shprehet Vesna.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Mb\u00ebshtetja novatore e chat-it online p\u00ebr NADEL \u00ebsht\u00eb lan\u00e7uar me ndihm\u00ebn e Programit p\u00ebr Zbutjen e Ndikimeve t\u00eb Pandemis\u00eb s\u00eb COVID-19 n\u00eb Jet\u00ebn e F\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe Familjeve n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor dhe Turqi. Programi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nism\u00eb dy vje\u00e7are e lan\u00e7uar n\u00eb vitin 2021 nga zyra rajonale e Unicef-it dhe Komisionit Evropian.<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimi i nism\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb fuqizoj\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, arsimin, zhvillimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb hershme dhe sistemet e mbrojtjes s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve themelore p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e cenuesh\u00ebm dhe familjet e tyre, si p\u00ebrgjigje e menj\u00ebhershme dhe afatgjat\u00eb e rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjes nga COVID-19-a. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij programi prej 5 milion\u00eb euro, 490,000 f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe prind\u00ebr n\u00eb zon\u00ebn ku zhvillohet programi pritet t\u00eb ken\u00eb akses m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet publike q\u00eb promovojn\u00eb zhvillimin n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e hershme, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe mbrojtjen si pjes\u00eb e rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjes nga COVID-19-a.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj mb\u00ebshtetjeje, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij projekti t\u00eb financuar nga BE-ja, Unicef-i mb\u00ebshteti NADEL edhe n\u00eb shtimin e vizibilitetit t\u00eb tyre me nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij sh\u00ebrbimi. Me kalimin e viteve NADEL ka organizuar veprime q\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsojn\u00eb duke vizituar shkolla dhe ndar\u00eb postera. Megjithat\u00eb, sipas Vesna-s, kjo strategji nuk ka funksionuar s\u00eb fundi, duke qen\u00eb se f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tani duhet t\u00eb arrihen n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet rrjeteve sociale q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin rregullisht.<\/p>\n
