Sidoqoft\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht d\u00ebshir\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb prind i p\u00ebrkryer, pati probleme komunikimi me vajz\u00ebn e tij. \u201cGjat\u00eb drek\u00ebs, vajza ime q\u00ebndronte p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb tryez\u00eb, nj\u00eb problem ky q\u00eb e hasin shum\u00eb prind\u00ebr, por nuk dija si mund ta zgjidhja m\u00eb s\u00eb miri k\u00ebt\u00eb problem,\u201d thot\u00eb Mi\u0161o.<\/p>\n \n

Ai pranon se u p\u00ebrpoq ta zgjidhte vet\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme \u2013 q\u00eb nga \u2018korruptimi\u2019 i s\u00eb bij\u00ebs me \u00ebmb\u00eblsira, deri te k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimi me nd\u00ebshkim. Sidoqoft\u00eb, kuptoi se kjo metod\u00eb nuk po jepte rezultatet e synuara. \u201cNganj\u00ebher\u00eb, humbja durimin. Her\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, kisha m\u00eb tep\u00ebr durim se \u00e7\u2019duhej dhe n\u00eb ato raste, vaktet nuk mbaronin kurr\u00eb,\u201d thot\u00eb ai.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cVendosa t\u00eb aplikoj p\u00ebr programin Caring Families, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtij problemi specifik, por edhe prej d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb prind m\u00eb i mir\u00eb me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e mi,\u201d shpjegon ai. Duke p\u00ebrdorur parimet e programit, bashk\u00eb me k\u00ebshillat e ekspert\u00ebve dhe bisedat me baballar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kishin marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb program, Mi\u0161o m\u00ebsoi si ta motivonte t\u00eb bij\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte vaktin e saj, duke p\u00ebrdorur stimuj pozitiv\u00eb. \u201cAjo e pranoi qet\u00ebsisht k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb re dhe un\u00eb vendosa t\u00eb ruaja qet\u00ebsin\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb tani nuk acarohemi m\u00eb po t\u00eb vonohemi n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb nj\u00eb or\u00eb e gjysm\u00eb pas vaktit t\u00eb drek\u00ebs.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cProgramet e prind\u00ebrimit, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb me reduktimin e disiplin\u00ebs s\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, por gjithashtu u m\u00ebsojn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdorin dhun\u00ebn. Prind\u00ebrit jan\u00eb nj\u00eb model sjelljeje p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, prandaj rritja e k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb familje jo t\u00eb dhunshme mund t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb p\u00ebr formimin e komuniteteve jo t\u00eb dhunshme.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

\u2018Caring Families\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb program prind\u00ebrimi q\u00eb i nxit prind\u00ebrit t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb sigurta me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre, por edhe t\u2019i ruajn\u00eb ato. Programi financohet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga BE-ja, si pjes\u00eb e projektit \u2018Early Childhood Development\u2019, i v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb zbatim nga Unicef-i. Ida Ferdinandi \u00ebsht\u00eb oficere e \u2018Early Childhood Development\u2019 t\u00eb Unicef-it n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe shpjegon se programet e prind\u00ebrimit jan\u00eb njohur bot\u00ebrisht si disa prej strategjive kryesore p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar dhun\u00ebn ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. \u201cN\u00eb fakt, programet e prind\u00ebrimit jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb me reduktimin e disiplin\u00ebs s\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, por gjithashtu u m\u00ebsojn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdorin dhun\u00ebn, sepse prind\u00ebrit jan\u00eb nj\u00eb model sjelljeje p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, prandaj rritja e k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb familje jo t\u00eb dhunshme mund t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb p\u00ebr formimin e komuniteteve jo t\u00eb dhunshme.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ida shpjegon se n\u00eb bot\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb mjaft programe si ky, t\u00eb bazuar te provat, por zakonisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb fitosh akses p\u00ebr k\u00ebto programe, pasi tarifa e licensimit \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e lart\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, Organizata Bot\u00ebrore e Sh\u00ebndetit, bashk\u00eb me ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb universiteteve t\u00eb ndryshme dhe Unicef-in, krijuan k\u00ebt\u00eb program specifik (\u2018Parenting for Lifelong Health\u2019, t\u00eb quajtur \u2018Caring Families in Montenegro\u2019), si nj\u00eb program i licensuar dhe i bazuar te provat, por me burime t\u00eb hapura p\u00ebr vendet me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb ul\u00ebta dhe t\u00eb mesme, t\u00eb tilla si Mali i Zi.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Malin e Zi, programi ka pes\u00eb vjet q\u00eb zbatohet. Me dy cikle n\u00eb vit, programi u ka ardhur n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 800 prind\u00ebrve n\u00eb shtat\u00eb bashki.\u00a0 700 nga prind\u00ebrit e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar me sukses programin. Nj\u00eb studim q\u00eb vler\u00ebsoi ndikimin e programit te pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, tregon se pati nj\u00eb reduktim prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 70% t\u00eb prind\u00ebrimit t\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm, nj\u00eb reduktim prej 30% t\u00eb problemeve t\u00eb sjelljes te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe nj\u00eb reduktim prej 45% t\u00eb depresionit prind\u00ebror. \u201cNdikimi i projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb fantastik,\u201d thot\u00eb Ida.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb version online i programit \u2018Caring Families\u2019, i titulluar \u2018ParentChat\u2019, u testua gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb COVID-19-\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbutur ndikimin e COVID-19-\u00ebs te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe prind\u00ebrit n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor dhe Turqi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cPo p\u00ebrpiqemi t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb kapacitete burimesh njer\u00ebzore, q\u00eb programi t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.\u00a0 Po punojm\u00eb edhe me Ministrin\u00eb e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb strategji zhvillimi n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e hershme, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb programi t\u00eb integrohet n\u00eb politikat dhe veprimtarin\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb, si \u00e7do sh\u00ebrbim tjet\u00ebr i ofruar.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Lidhur me projektin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nisma p\u00ebr zhvillimin n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e hershme n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb program tre-vje\u00e7ar q\u00eb do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb deri n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 2023. Financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian me 1 milion euro dhe zbatohet nga Unicef-i, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Ministrit\u00eb e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, Arsimit, Pun\u00ebs dhe Mir\u00ebqenies Sociale. Fal\u00eb nism\u00ebs, BE-ja dhe Unicef-i do t\u2019i ndihmojn\u00eb autoritetet malazeze t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb dhe zbatojn\u00eb nj\u00eb strategji komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr zhvillimin n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e hershme t\u00eb, duke rritur k\u00ebshtu edhe nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e zhvillimit n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e hershme. Do t\u00eb rriten kapacitetet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, t\u00eb mbrojtjes dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb edukimit, p\u00ebr t\u2019u ofruar sh\u00ebrbimet e duhura familjeve dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. Prind\u00ebrit dhe kujdestar\u00ebt do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb njohuri dhe aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb reja n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet programit, duke ua leht\u00ebsuar kujdesin p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb pozitive dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Programi \u2018Caring Families\u2019 n\u00eb Malin e Zi po zbatohet nga qendra kujdesi sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor par\u00ebsor q\u00eb kan\u00eb zyra k\u00ebshillimi, si dhe nga kopshtet, shkollat fillore dhe disa organizata t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile. Unicef-i gjithashtu po punon p\u00ebr zgjerimin e programit, q\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij. Programi po ofron trajnim p\u00ebr leht\u00ebsuesit e ri vendas, me q\u00ebllim krijimin e nj\u00eb grupi trajner\u00ebsh komb\u00ebtar\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos mb\u00ebshteten vet\u00ebm tek ekspert\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar programin. \u201cPo p\u00ebrpiqemi t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb kapacitete burimesh njer\u00ebzore, q\u00eb programi t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe po punojm\u00eb edhe me Ministrin\u00eb e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb strategji zhvillimi n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e hershme, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb programi t\u00eb integrohet n\u00eb politikat dhe veprimtarin\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb, si \u00e7do sh\u00ebrbim tjet\u00ebr i ofruar,\u201d thot\u00eb Ida.<\/p>\n
