Irfani* \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb 30 vje\u00e7ar me origjin\u00eb nga Maroku, por\u00a0 ai thot\u00eb p\u00ebr vendlindjen e tij se \u201cT\u00eb drejtat e njeriut nuk respektoheshin, nuk kishte vende pune: ekonomia ishte e dob\u00ebt. Gjith\u00e7ka ishte si mos m\u00eb keq!\u201d. Ai u arratis nga Maroku n\u00eb vitin 2011 dhe u drejtua fillimisht p\u00ebr n\u00eb Turqi, duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb fluturim t\u00eb zakonsh\u00ebm. Sidoqoft\u00eb, kjo nuk vlente p\u00ebr aspektin ligjor. P\u00ebr ta zgjidhur k\u00ebt\u00eb problem, ai trokiti n\u00eb der\u00ebn e Qendr\u00ebs Ligjore t\u00eb OJQ-s\u00eb malazeze, q\u00eb ofron ndihm\u00eb ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb huajt q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb azil n\u00eb Malin e Zi, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb projekti t\u00eb financuar nga BE-ja, t\u00eb titulluar \u201cAvokati Im \u2013 Ndihm\u00eb Ligjore Profesionale Falas p\u00ebr Migrant\u00ebt\u201d, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Caritas-in. Tani ai po merr ndihm\u00eb ligjore nga ata n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cNgaq\u00eb numri i migrant\u00ebve q\u00eb duan t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb Malin e Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb i vog\u00ebl, qeveria akoma nuk ka nj\u00eb politik\u00eb p\u00ebr integrimin e tyre n\u00eb aspektin edukativ dhe t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Sh\u00ebrbime ligjore falas p\u00ebr ata n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb <\/strong><\/p>\n

Luka Kova\u010devi\u0107-i \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtori i Qendr\u00ebs Ligjore t\u00eb OJQ-s\u00eb, e cila u themelua n\u00eb vitin 2007, me synimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulurit dhe refugjat\u00ebt e luft\u00ebrave n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, Mali i Zi nuk kishte as infrastruktur\u00ebn ligjore m\u00eb bazike p\u00ebr azilk\u00ebrkuesit dhe as nj\u00eb plan qeveritar p\u00ebr t\u2019u ofruar p\u00ebrkrahje azilk\u00ebrkuesve apo refugjat\u00ebve. Fillimisht, Luka dhe ekipi i tij e mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i kap\u00ebrcyer k\u00ebto pengesa dhe, m\u00eb pas, qeveria prezantoi infrastruktur\u00ebn ligjore q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi deri m\u00eb sot.<\/p>\n

Por, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, filluan t\u00eb vinin n\u00eb Malin e Zi migrant\u00eb nga pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb bot\u00ebs q\u00eb kishin nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkrahje. Sipas statistikave t\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs Ligjore t\u00eb OJQ-s\u00eb, mbi 95% e refugjat\u00ebve n\u00eb vend po e p\u00ebrdorin Malin e Zi si rrug\u00eb tranziti dhe vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i vog\u00ebl i tyre vendosin t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb, duke qen\u00eb se shumica synojn\u00eb shtete me mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb mira ekonomike. Por ata q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb, kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkrahje. Mb\u00ebshtetja e ofruar p\u00ebr k\u00ebta migrant\u00eb dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb e shohin Malin e Zi vet\u00ebm si nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb tranziti, \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse OJQ-ja e Luk\u00ebs nisi projektin e financuar nga BE-ja, \u201cAvokati Im \u2013 Ndihm\u00eb Ligjore Profesionale Falas p\u00ebr Migrant\u00ebt\u201d, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Caritas-in.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cKemi b\u00ebr\u00eb mbi 146 vizita n\u00eb terren: kemi qen\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha bashkit\u00eb malazeze, duke vizituar dhe ndihmuar migrant\u00ebt n\u00eb vendet zyrtare dhe jozyrtare t\u00eb grumbullimit. Migrant\u00ebt q\u00eb ndihmuam vitin e shkuar, vinin nga Afganistani, Algjeria, Irani, Maroku e vende t\u00eb tjera.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Lidhur me projektin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Projekti i financuar nga BE-ja, \u201cAvokati Im \u2013 Ndihm\u00eb Ligjore Profesionale Falas p\u00ebr Migrant\u00ebt\u201d,\u00a0nisi n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2020 dhe p\u00ebrfundoi m\u00eb korrik 2021. Vlera financiare e projektit arriti mbi 130,000 euro. Projekti synon t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e kategorive t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb migrant\u00ebve, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ofrimit t\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs ligjore, informacionit, konsultimit, ndihmave humanitare, mb\u00ebshtetjes psiko-sociale si dhe p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur kapacitetin e organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile vendase dhe institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur politikat p\u00ebr menaxhimin e migrimit, integrimin e t\u00eb huajve t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb siguruar mbrojtje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe ri-integrimin e t\u00eb kthyerve pas ripranimit.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij projekti, u mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn 677 p\u00ebrfitues, q\u00eb nga migrant\u00ebt e parregullt dhe njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin mbrojtje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, e deri tek t\u00eb kthyerit q\u00eb ktheheshin n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb ri-pranimit.
