Kula n\u00eb Kroaci dhe Hrtkovci n\u00eb Serbi jan\u00eb dy fshatra t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb tragjedi t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. N\u00eb vitin 1992, pasi shp\u00ebrtheu konflikti i armatosur n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi, serb\u00ebt dhe kroat\u00ebt nga Kula n\u00eb Kroaci dhe Hrtkovci n\u00eb Serbi shk\u00ebmbyen sht\u00ebpit\u00eb dhe u shp\u00ebrngul\u00ebn n\u00eb fshatrat e nj\u00ebri-tjetrit. Dokumentari u krijua si pjes\u00eb e programit Drejt\u00ebsia Tranzicionale n\u00eb Ballkan, nj\u00eb platform\u00eb rajonale ebashk\u00ebfinancuar nga BE-ja. Platforma publikon lajme online q\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr problematikat vendase t\u00eb lidhura me krimet e luft\u00ebs, duke p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar k\u00ebshtu konceptimin e publikut t\u00eb gjer\u00eb p\u00ebr problematikat e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb tranzicionale n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Mendoj se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr gj\u00ebrat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb ka arritur me sukses drejt\u00ebsia tranzicionale n\u00ebBallkan gjat\u00eb dhjet\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Mbi dhjet\u00eb vite raportim i krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nejra Mualomerovi\u0107, partnere e programit, shpjegon se q\u00ebllimi kryesor i programit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb nj\u00eb transmetim t\u00eb rregullt dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar t\u00eb informacionit lidhur me problematikat e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb tranzicionale (kryesisht me gjyqet e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs) n\u00eb rajon. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur fal\u00eb nj\u00eb rrjeti t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar korrespondent\u00ebsh nga e gjith\u00eb ish-Jugosllavia dhe kontribuesish nga mediat e tjera, organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, institucionet qeveritare e akademit\u00eb. \u201cJemi e vetmja media n\u00eb rajon q\u00eb flet me detaje p\u00ebr gjyqet e krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs dhe q\u00eb bazohet vet\u00ebm te faktet. Mendoj se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr gj\u00ebrat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb ka arritur me sukses drejt\u00ebsia tranzicionale n\u00eb Ballkan gjat\u00eb dhjet\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit,\u201d thot\u00eb Nejra.<\/p>\n

Sidoqoft\u00eb, duke qen\u00eb se numri i gjyqeve t\u00eb krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur, programi ka filluar t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb tjera me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin q\u00ebllim, duke p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn dhe informacionin q\u00eb zot\u00ebron. Nj\u00eb nga projektet e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash p\u00ebr varret masive. Ekipi i programit ka filluar ta p\u00ebrpiloj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2020, duke u p\u00ebrballur me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb madh t\u00eb varreve masive dhe informacionit t\u00eb parregullt. Nejra shpjegon q\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se informacioni nuk ndodhej n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb vet\u00ebm dhe pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e tij vihej n\u00eb dispozicion vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kopje t\u00eb printuara, stafit t\u00eb programit iu desh t\u00eb vizitonte institucione dhe organizata t\u00eb shumta. Ata shkuan edhe me nj\u00eb fotograf te vendndodhjet e varreve masive, p\u00ebr t\u2019i regjistruar dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i ruajtur n\u00eb baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave. M\u00eb pas, informacioni u b\u00eb publik.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre vizitave, u b\u00eb i qart\u00eb fakti se shumica e vendndodhjeve t\u00eb varreve masive nuk ishin t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuara, nuk p\u00ebrkujtoheshin dhe nuk kishte akses te to. Disa prej tyre ndodheshin n\u00eb prona private, disa ishin kthyer n\u00eb vendgrumbullime mbeturinash, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb disa t\u00eb tjera ishin ngritur kisha,\u201d thot\u00eb Nejra.<\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, ekipi ka arritur t\u00eb gjej\u00eb, filmoj\u00eb, fotografoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb me dhjet\u00ebra vendndodhje n\u00eb baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe puna vazhdon akoma.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Programi Drejt\u00ebsia Tranzicionale n\u00eb Ballkan \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb platform\u00eb rajonale q\u00eb synon t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb konceptimin q\u00eb ka publiku i gjer\u00eb p\u00ebr problematikat e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb tranzicionale n\u00eb shtetet ish-Jugosllave (Bosnja dhe Hercegovina, Kroacia, Kosova, Mali i Zi, Maqedonia e Veriut dhe Serbia). Programi mb\u00ebshtetet nga Bashkimi Evropian, Agjencia Suedeze p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim dhe Zhvillim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar (SIDA) dhe Ambasada e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Holand\u00ebs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Nj\u00eb nga nismat m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb programit \u00ebsht\u00eb Muzeu i Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Reporter\u00ebve, q\u00eb do t\u00eb hapet n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vjesht\u00eb.
