Q\u00ebndisja malazeze me ar \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb kostumet tradicionale prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tre shekujsh, por rrezikohej t\u00eb harrohej krejt\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndryshimeve t\u00eb shijeve dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjeje n\u00eb kalimin e mjesht\u00ebris\u00eb nga brezat e vjet\u00ebr tek ata m\u00eb t\u00eb rinj. Nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr ishte sepse edhe kur njer\u00ebzit d\u00ebshironin sende t\u00eb q\u00ebndisura me ar, zbukurimi me ar i kostumeve komb\u00ebtare apo k\u00ebmish\u00ebve prej m\u00ebndafshi, t\u00eb cilat edhe t\u00eb pastolisura kishin shpenzime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, ishte shum\u00eb i shtrenjt\u00eb.\u00a0 Sidoqoft\u00eb, koh\u00ebt e fundit mjesht\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nxitur nga nisma e nj\u00eb organizate malazeze p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile dhe nga mb\u00ebshtetja e Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Biserka Rai\u010devi\u0107 \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth t\u00eb gjasht\u00ebdhjetave dhe i p\u00ebrket nj\u00eb familje malazeze q\u00eb ruan traditat, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato t\u00eb lidhura me artizanatin. Edhe pse punoi si ekonomiste p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, ajo vazhdoi t\u00eb praktikonte, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb, edhe artizanatin tradicional q\u00eb kishte m\u00ebsuar gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb vajz\u00ebris\u00eb.\u00a0 Sidoqoft\u00eb, ajo nuk e kishte provuar kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00ebndisjen me ar, kulmin e tradit\u00ebs artizanale malazeze. Kjo gj\u00eb ndryshoi kur ajo iu bashkua punishtes s\u00eb ngritur me mb\u00ebshtetjen e projektit ReLoAD, t\u00eb financuar nga BE-ja.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Ringjallja e metodave t\u00eb harruara <\/strong><\/p>\n

Biserka shpjegon se d\u00ebgjoi p\u00ebr punishten nga bashk\u00ebshorti i saj, i cili e kishte par\u00eb lajm\u00ebrimin n\u00eb rrjetet sociale dhe duke e ditur dashurin\u00eb e saj p\u00ebr artizanatin, e nxiti drejt k\u00ebsaj mund\u00ebsie. Ajo nuk ishte e sigurt n\u00ebse duhet t\u00eb aplikonte, duke qen\u00eb se q\u00ebndisja me ar \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb por edhe e shtrenjt\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb fijeve t\u00eb arit. Sidoqoft\u00eb, e mori k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim, e nxitur nga nj\u00eb ndjesi respekti dhe dashurie t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr tradit\u00ebn, edhe pse p\u00ebrvoja i m\u00ebsoi q\u00eb q\u00ebndisja me ar k\u00ebrkon \u201cshum\u00eb durim dhe nj\u00eb mjesht\u00ebri tep\u00ebr t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb e t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb\u201d, sikurse thot\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi u organizua n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet projektit t\u00eb\u00a0 financuar nga BE-ja \u201cRuajtja dhe zhvillimi i mjesht\u00ebris\u00eb tradicionale malazeze \u2013 q\u00ebndisja me ar\u201d dhe p\u00ebrfshiu gra t\u00eb moshave dhe prejardhjeve t\u00eb ndryshme sociale. Ekspert\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb zejes punuan si trajnues p\u00ebr t\u00eb transmetuar diturin\u00eb e tyre. Krahas trajnimit, projekti p\u00ebrfshiu gjithashtu edhe mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr komunikimin dhe krijimin e nj\u00eb plani marketingu p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar q\u00ebndisjen me ar, si dhe nxjerrjen n\u00eb treg t\u00eb nj\u00eb botimi q\u00eb jep detaje p\u00ebr historin\u00eb dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj mjesht\u00ebrie.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

About the project <\/strong><\/p>\n

The \u201cPreservation and development of the traditional Montenegrin craft \u2013 gold embroidery\u201d project is implemented by the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development in cooperation with the Association of arts and crafts NIT. The project was supported by the Regional Programme for Local Democracy (ReLOaD), funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme.<\/p>\n

The project aims to promote Montenegrin gold embroidery through the development of a marketing plan, improving the economic and social status of women through sharing gold embroidery skills, and popularising gold embroidery through cooperation with fashion designers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Dizenjot me q\u00ebndisma t\u00eb arta jan\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e produkteve n\u00eb biznesin e saj, RB Ethno Fashion Hand Made, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe sendet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm, si \u00e7antat, shallet, apo maskat.<\/p>\n
