Sektori i Teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb Informacionit dhe Komunikimit (TIK) n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb po ndryshon me hapa t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, kryesisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb n\u00eb rritje dhe zgjidhjeve q\u00eb po ofrojn\u00eb kompanit\u00eb. Nivelet e larta t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb internetit po japin rezultate p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr rinin\u00eb e saj dhe bizneset n\u00eb zhvillim (TIK).<\/p>\r\n\r\n

N\u00eb vitin 2021, Eurostat-i raportoi se 96% e grupmosh\u00ebs 16-74 vje\u00e7 s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb , kishte p\u00ebrdorur internetin n\u00eb tre muajt n\u00eb vazhdim, gj\u00eb q\u00eb e rendit Kosov\u00ebn nd\u00ebr t\u00eb parat n\u00eb rajon p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e internetit, madje disa pik\u00eb m\u00eb lart se mesatarja e Bashkimit Evropian. Ky kontekst \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb parakusht p\u00ebr p\u00ebrparimin e transformimit digjital t\u00eb shum\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, por jo domosdoshm\u00ebrisht vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Shum\u00eb kompani t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb kryeqytetin e Prishtin\u00ebs po ofrojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime TIK n\u00eb distanc\u00eb p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn dhe Amerik\u00ebn e Veriut. N\u00eb fakt, shum\u00eb prej tyre nuk kan\u00eb fare klient\u00eb vendas, nj\u00eb tipar ky q\u00eb reflektohet te nj\u00eb studimi i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Informatik\u00ebs STIKK<\/a>, \u00a0q\u00eb konfirmon faktin se mbi 90% e k\u00ebtyre sh\u00ebrbimeve eksportohen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cM\u00eb par\u00eb, TIK-u konsiderohej si pun\u00eb burrash, por tanim\u00eb kjo gj\u00eb po ndryshon me ritme t\u00eb shpejta.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Zvog\u00eblimi i hendekut digjital gjinor<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb efekt i rritjes t\u00eb tij t\u00eb mir\u00ebpritur \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti q\u00eb po ofron pun\u00ebsim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb goditur nga papun\u00ebsia dhe se k\u00ebto pun\u00eb po ndalojn\u00eb emigrimin e t\u00eb rinjve nga Kosova. Sektori po b\u00ebhet gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Grat\u00eb po e gjejn\u00eb veten n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb sektorit, duke filluar q\u00eb nga pozicionet teknike t\u00eb zhvillimit e deri tek menaxhimi dhe politik\u00eb-b\u00ebrja n\u00eb TIK. Nj\u00eb shembull \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Iliriana Ibraj, e cila drejton sektorin e rritjes t\u00eb biznesit t\u00eb LinkPlus-it<\/a>, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb pionere, q\u00eb eksporton sh\u00ebrbime prej thuajse nj\u00eb dekade.<\/p>\n

\u201cM\u00eb par\u00eb, TIK-u konsiderohej si pun\u00eb burrash, por tanim\u00eb kjo gj\u00eb po ndryshon me ritme t\u00eb shpejta,\u201d thot\u00eb Ibraj, e cila shton se ndihet mir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor, nga ku mund t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim tjet\u00ebr. Grat\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn e pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve n\u00eb biznesin e saj. \u201cNumri n\u00eb rritje i grave n\u00eb TIK po ndryshon mentalitetin dhe stereotipat n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, por edhe n\u00eb lidhje me klient\u00ebt, ku nj\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje q\u00eb nuk vjen nga burrat mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb ndryshim.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar raportin e femrave q\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb sektor fillojn\u00eb me edukimin, ku l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e STEM-it (Shkenca, Teknologjia, Energjia dhe Matematika) po rikthehen s\u00ebrish si profesione q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi pun\u00ebsimi. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 universiteteve tradicionale, ekzistojn\u00eb edhe qendra inovacioni, nisma private dhe donator\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb po sjellin s\u00ebrish edukimin STEM te rinia. Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr to \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe projekti i financuar nga BE-ja, q\u00eb nxit konkurrenc\u00ebn e sektorit TIK n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe q\u00eb ka trajnuar rreth 100 m\u00ebsues dhe 1,000 student\u00eb. Shumica e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve jan\u00eb certifikuar p\u00ebr zhvillimin e faqeve t\u00eb internetit, sigurin\u00eb kibernetike dhe gjuh\u00ebt e programuara, t\u00eb cilat nevojiten p\u00ebr t’u pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb vendet e lira t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb TIK.<\/p>\n

Elementi tjet\u00ebr i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb projektit me sektorin \u00ebsht\u00eb fuqizimi i lidhjeve me kompanit\u00eb me qend\u00ebr n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
