Kur Tomislav Pu\u0111a ishte 20 vje\u00e7, babai i tij nd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ai mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb vijonte tradit\u00ebn familjare t\u00eb b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb djathit. Familja Pu\u0111a \u00ebsht\u00eb specialiste p\u00ebr prodhimin e djathit Livno, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb djath\u00eb i fort\u00eb i b\u00ebr\u00eb nga qum\u00ebshti i lop\u00ebs, i deles apo nga p\u00ebrzierja e t\u00eb dyve. Djathi vjetrohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb natyrale n\u00ebn l\u00ebkur\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb nj\u00eb kall\u00ebp n\u00eb form\u00eb rrote, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 60 dit\u00eb dhe merr nj\u00eb shije t\u00eb theksuar, e cila mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb paksa e hidhur. Receta u fut n\u00eb rajonin e Livnos p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur shijet e fisnik\u00ebris\u00eb perandorake n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e sundimit Austro-Hungarez.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Nga nj\u00eb artizanat djathi n\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje t\u00eb madhe <\/strong><\/p>\n

Gjyshi dhe gjyshja e Tomislavit e prodhonin djathin n\u00eb sasi t\u00eb vogla n\u00eb qilarin e tyre. N\u00eb vitet 1970, ata vendos\u00ebn ta tregtonin k\u00ebt\u00eb produkt dhe ta shisnin n\u00eb rajonet turistike p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb bregut Adriatik. Edhe pse sasit\u00eb nuk ishin t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, shitjet mjaftonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur familjen. Babai i Tomislavit e vazhdoi k\u00ebt\u00eb tradit\u00eb dhe Tomislavi e ndihmonte.<\/p>\n

\u201cBabai im gjithmon\u00eb e ka pasur \u00ebnd\u00ebrr t\u00eb zgjeronte biznesin dhe t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb baxho t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Un\u00eb dhe v\u00ebllai im vendos\u00ebm ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr realitet\u201d- thot\u00eb Tomislavi.<\/p>\n

Baxhoja Pu\u0111a Eco Cheese u themelua n\u00eb vitin 2003 dhe q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb, e ka zgjeruar aktivitetin. Sot, baxhoja prodhon mbi dhjet\u00eb lloje djath\u00ebrash dhe ka fituar disa \u00e7mime nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsi, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat spikat nj\u00eb medalje ari nga Panairi Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i Djathit i zhvilluar n\u00eb Austri n\u00eb vitin 2014.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2019, e shtyr\u00eb nga ideja e modernizimit t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb prodhimit dhe fuqizimit t\u00eb pozicionit t\u00eb baxhos n\u00eb tregun vendas dhe t\u00eb huaj, nd\u00ebrmarrja Pu\u0111as iu p\u00ebrgjigj nj\u00eb thirrjeje publike p\u00ebr grante, t\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb projektin EU4Business, financuar nga BE-ja dhe qeveria gjermane dhe e v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb zbatim nga Programi i Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr Zhvillim (UNDP), Organizata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Pun\u00ebs (ILO) dhe organizata gjermane p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, GIZ. Fal\u00eb projektit EU4Business, baxhoja i z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoi fu\u00e7it\u00eb e vjetruara t\u00eb djathit me t\u00eb tjera, m\u00eb t\u00eb reja dhe moderne, mori makineri p\u00ebr prerje dhe peshim dhe rafte t\u00eb reja n\u00eb ambientet e vjetrimit dhe instaloi sisteme p\u00ebr ruajtjen e mikroklim\u00ebs n\u00eb baxho. Rikonstruksioni ka kontribuar gjithashtu p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb prodhimit n\u00eb baxho.<\/p>\n

Vlera totale e k\u00ebtij investimi shkon mbi 380,000 euro, nga t\u00eb cilat, 150,000 euro u ofruan nga Bashkimi Evropian n\u00eb form\u00ebn e granteve. Pajisjet moderne kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar cil\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe procesin e pun\u00ebs, kan\u00eb ulur shpenzimet e prodhimit dhe gjithashtu kan\u00eb kontribuar p\u00ebr rritjen e produktivitetit. \u201cTeknologjia moderne ka minimizuar gabimet, gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket ruajtjes s\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb. Di\u00e7ka q\u00eb vum\u00eb re menj\u00ebher\u00eb ishte se pajisjet e reja e shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb qum\u00ebshtin, gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se sot ne p\u00ebrftojm\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb djath\u00eb nga e nj\u00ebjta sasi qum\u00ebshti. Si rezultat, konkurrenca e tregut ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar mjaft,\u201d- thot\u00eb Tomislavi. P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimet e arritura n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet projektit EU4Business krijojn\u00eb gjithashtu mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr zgjerimin e prodhimit dhe tregtimit t\u00eb djathit jasht\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb Bosnie dhe Hercegovin\u00ebs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

EU4Business\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt i BE-s\u00eb q\u00eb synon t\u00eb fuqizoj\u00eb kapacitetin e Bosnies dhe Hercegovin\u00ebs p\u00ebr rritjen ekonomike dhe pun\u00ebsimin, duke nxitur konkurrenc\u00ebn dhe risin\u00eb n\u00eb sektor\u00ebt e p\u00ebrzgjedhur. Ky projekt ka nj\u00eb buxhet prej 16.1 milion eurosh: 15 milion euro t\u00eb financuara nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe 1.1 milion euro nga Republika Federale e Gjermanis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

EU4Business \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Strategjive p\u00ebr Zhvillim Vendor – Vet\u00ebqeverisje Vendore dhe Zhvillim Ekonomik n\u00eb Bosnie dhe Hercegovin\u00eb t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb Federale Gjermane p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim dhe Zhvillim Ekonomik (BMZ).<\/p>\r\n\r\n

N\u00eb baxho punojn\u00eb gjithsej rreth 40 persona, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu edhe shtat\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar fal\u00eb investimit t\u00eb EU4Business. Pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e rinj rrit\u00ebn nivelet e prodhimit, por siguruan edhe nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb produkteve.
