N\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, ajo u kontaktua nga Nisma p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Sip\u00ebrmarrjes Rome (REDI). Kjo nism\u00eb e financuar nga BE-ja, q\u00eb vinte n\u00eb zbatim programin e quajtur P\u00ebrparimi Digjital Rom, punonte me komunitetet rome t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcuar aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre digjitale. Ata i ofruan ndihm\u00eb Sladjan\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta kthyer strategjin\u00eb e saj t\u00eb shitjes s\u00eb produkteve n\u00eb shitje online, gj\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ajo pranoi ta provonte por me ngurrim. \u201cN\u00eb fillim nuk isha e bindur se mund t’i shisja produktet online sepse k\u00ebto nuk jan\u00eb produkte luksi, por njer\u00ebzit e REDI-t m\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuan t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. Tani i b\u00ebjm\u00eb shitjet online dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, po shkojn\u00eb mjaft mir\u00eb,\u201d thot\u00eb Sladjana.<\/p>\n

REDI nisi programin P\u00ebrparimi Digjital Rom p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar kalimin online t\u00eb bizneseve tradicionale, si dhe formalizimin e tyre. Programi i pajisi sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit rom\u00eb, si Sladjana, me mjete digjitale dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e duhura p\u00ebr t’i \u00e7uar bizneset e tyre nj\u00eb hap m\u00eb para dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur zhvillimin online t\u00eb aktiviteteve sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebse. Sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit q\u00eb kaluan n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij programi mor\u00ebn paketa digjitale, trajnime individuale dhe ndihm\u00eb mentoruese nga ekspert\u00ebt e REDI-t.<\/p>\n
