N\u00eb vitin 1980, kur u nd\u00ebrtua, impianti i ngrohjes qendrore Ngrohtorja SHA ishte krenaria e qytetit t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs. Ky ishte qyteti i vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kryeqytetit, me nj\u00eb sistem modern ngrohjeje qendrore q\u00eb punonte me karburante t\u00eb r\u00ebnda. Sidoqoft\u00eb, ngrohja me naft\u00eb u b\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb pak e leverdisshme dhe u rrit nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr ndotjen q\u00eb shkaktonte. Si rezultat, n\u00eb vitet n\u00eb vazhdim, menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1999, Ngrohtorja e ndaloi thuajse krejt\u00ebsisht ngrohjen p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Gjakov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb von\u00eb e siguronte vet\u00ebm disa or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

N\u00eb fillimin e dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit, lindi nj\u00eb grimc\u00eb shprese q\u00eb kompania mund t\u00eb ofronte edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb ngrohje t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, kur, me mb\u00ebshtetjen e BE-s\u00eb, kompania e ngrohjes qendrore Ngrohtorja nisi nj\u00eb studim realizueshm\u00ebrie p\u00ebr ofrimin e energjis\u00eb cil\u00ebsore dhe ekologjike t\u00eb ngrohjes p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt vendas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cKur ideja u b\u00eb publike p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, ishim shum\u00eb t\u00eb entuziazmuar por, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, ndjenim dhe nj\u00ebfar\u00eb skepticizmi, meqen\u00ebse p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite kompania nuk kishte ofruar ngrohje cil\u00ebsore.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Albana Skivjani \u00ebsht\u00eb menaxherja e p\u00ebrgjithshme e kompanis\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb nisi studimi paraprak, ajo nuk ishte menaxhere akoma, por si qytetare e Gjakov\u00ebs dhe si kliente e kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb ngrohjes qendrore, ajo e mban mend mir\u00eb entuziazmin q\u00eb shihej te populli. \u201cKur ideja u b\u00eb publike p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, ishim shum\u00eb t\u00eb entuziazmuar, por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, shikonim dhe nj\u00ebfar\u00eb skepticizmi, meqen\u00ebse p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite kompania nuk kishte ofruar ngrohje cil\u00ebsore,\u201d- thot\u00eb Albana.<\/p>\n

Studimi paraprak v\u00ebrtetoi se ekzistonte nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rivendosej nj\u00eb sistem ngrohjeje qendrore n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej nj\u00eb burim energjie ekologjik.<\/p>\n

Fjala magjike ishte biomasa!<\/p>\n

Ngrohja me biomas\u00eb p\u00ebrdor l\u00ebnd\u00eb organike, si karburanti, p\u00ebr stacione energjie p\u00ebr ngrohje apo p\u00ebr prodhim elektriciteti. N\u00eb rastin e Gjakov\u00ebs, plani ishte t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoreshin mbetje druri (copa druri) dhe mbetje t\u00eb p\u00ebrftuara nga krasitja e hardhive, t\u00eb cilat gjenden me boll\u00ebk n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb. Sidoqoft\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht disponueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb biomas\u00ebs n\u00eb zon\u00eb, e cila mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej si karburant, projekti nuk ishte i leht\u00eb p\u00ebr t’u realizuar. Shpenzimet p\u00ebr teknologjin\u00eb ishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb larta dhe nevojitej edhe nj\u00eb nivel i lart\u00eb ekspertize q\u00eb t\u00eb funksiononte kjo teknologji. Bashkimi Evropian nd\u00ebrhyri dhe mb\u00ebshteti projektin me rreth 15 milion euro.<\/p>\n

Impianti i ri, i cili prodhon nxeht\u00ebsi dhe energji elektrike, u inaugurua n\u00eb vjesht\u00ebn e vitit 2021, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb pionier i s\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb energjis\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb prej t\u00eb paktave sisteme bashk\u00ebkohore q\u00eb punojn\u00eb me biomas\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor. K\u00ebt\u00eb dim\u00ebr, energjia e prodhuar nga impianti ka mund\u00ebsuar ngrohje 24-or\u00eb p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e klient\u00ebve t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb ngrohjes qendrore Ngrohtorja SHA.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cPersonalisht dhe n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb qytetit ton\u00eb, shpreh mir\u00ebnjohjen e madhe p\u00ebr BE-n\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij projekti, na siguroi ngrohje p\u00ebr dekadat e ardhshme, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb shembull t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetet e tjera.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Lidhur me projektin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Me an\u00eb t\u00eb programit t\u00eb Instrumentit t\u00eb Asistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Para-an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit (IPA), t\u00eb vitit 2015, Bashkimi Evropian investoi mbi 15 milion euro p\u00ebr aktivitete p\u00ebrgatitore dhe p\u00ebr ngritjen e impiantit t\u00eb ngrohjes me biomas\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e Gjakov\u00ebs . Projekti do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb madh ekonomik dhe mjedisor n\u00eb qytet: kostot vjetore t\u00eb operimit p\u00ebr Ngrohtoren SHA pritet t\u00eb ulen me 35%-50%, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb niveli i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i ndotjes s\u00eb zon\u00ebs do t\u00eb ulet me mbi 90%.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Sipas Alban\u00ebs, nj\u00eb nga sfidat kryesore ishte t\u00eb m\u00ebsohej si t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej teknologjia e re, duke qen\u00eb se shumica e punonj\u00ebsve nuk kishin pasur p\u00ebrvoja t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme me t\u00eb. Sidoqoft\u00eb, kjo penges\u00eb u kap\u00ebrcye me mb\u00ebshtetjen e projektit t\u00eb financuar nga BE-ja, q\u00eb ofroi trajnim t\u00eb specializuar p\u00ebr stafin, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdornin k\u00ebt\u00eb teknologji. Albana shpjegon se k\u00ebt\u00eb dim\u00ebr, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb pas shum\u00eb vitesh, ishin n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb ofronin energji 24-or\u00eb p\u00ebr klient\u00ebt e tyre. \u201cKlient\u00ebt tan\u00eb, bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb qytet, jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb entuziazmuar, sepse p\u00ebrve\u00e7 pajisjes me ngrohje, qyteti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i ndotur si m\u00eb par\u00eb,\u201d- thot\u00eb Albana. Ngrohja e vazhdueshme q\u00eb vjen nga impianti pati r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs globale t\u00eb energjis\u00eb, ku \u00e7mimet e energjis\u00eb u rrit\u00ebn dhe pati nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb shpeshta t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike.<\/p>\n
