Legjenda thot\u00eb se Liqeni i Shkodr\u00ebs u krijua nga lot\u00ebt e derdhura nga nj\u00eb zan\u00eb malazeze, e cila d\u00ebshira e saj q\u00eb syt\u00eb e saj t\u00eb ktheheshin nga blu n\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb u refuzua nga Zoti, i cili n\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ai e verboi. Zana qau aq shum\u00eb sa lot\u00ebt e saj krijuan nj\u00eb liqen. I mahnitur nga bukuria e tij, Zoti i riktheu shikimin. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb atje e pranojn\u00eb q\u00eb liqeni i Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga vendet natyrore m\u00eb t\u00eb bukura n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor dhe nj\u00eb shesh loj\u00ebrash natyrore p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb p\u00eblqejn\u00eb aventurat n\u00eb natyr\u00eb, nj\u00eb park komb\u00ebtar spektakolar prej 400 km2\u00a0 <\/sup>p\u00ebr tu eksploruar. Gjithsesi, ky vend i zanave p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nuk ka marr\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen q\u00eb meriton, qoft\u00eb nga vendasit por dhe nga turist\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb. T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn, k\u00ebshtu besojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb OJQ malazeze CZIP.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

CZIP \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr Centar za Za\u0161titu i prou\u010davanje Ptica (\u201cCentre for Protection and Research of Birds\u201d) dhe organizata punon p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 20 vite p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e zogjve dhe mjedisit dhe promovimin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore dhe natyrore n\u00eb Malin e Zi. Vitin e kaluar, me organizatat partnere nga Krocia dhe Bosnja dhe Herzegovina, lan\u00e7uan projektin \u201cPannonia-Adria Connection\u201d ose PA.CON me financimin e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar turizmin n\u00eb zonat e tre vendeve: Nijemci n\u00eb Kroaci, Tuzla n\u00eb Bosnja dhe Herzegovina, Liqeni i Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb Malin e Zi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cAktualisht pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e vizitor\u00ebve n\u00eb liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs t\u00ebrhiqen nga ajo \u00e7far\u00eb quajm\u00eb turizmi masiv: duke ardhur n\u00eb liqen, duke pir\u00eb nj\u00eb kafe ose duke drekuar, sh\u00ebtitje e m\u00eb pas largohen. Ne donim q\u00eb ta ndryshonim k\u00ebt\u00eb zakon p\u00ebr m\u00eb mir\u00eb.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Perspektivat p\u00ebr zhvillimin e turizmit <\/strong><\/p>\n

Zoran Popovi\u0107 nga CZIP \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga koordinator\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij projekti dhe ai shpjegon se ideja e projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb i burimeve n\u00eb t\u00eb tre vendet p\u00ebr promovimin e turizmit. \u201cAktualisht pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e vizitor\u00ebve n\u00eb liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs t\u00ebrhiqen nga ajo \u00e7far\u00eb quajm\u00eb turizmi masiv: duke ardhur n\u00eb liqen, duke pir\u00eb nj\u00eb kafe ose duke drekuar, sh\u00ebtitje e m\u00eb pas largohen. Zoran shprehet se ata duan q\u00eb ta kthejn\u00eb liqenin n\u00eb nj\u00eb destinacion ku turist\u00ebt t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb m\u00eb gjat\u00eb, por q\u00eb kjo t\u00eb ndodhi, turist\u00ebve ju duhen m\u00eb shum\u00eb atraksione dhe mund\u00ebsi. Kjo \u00e7oi n\u00eb aktivitetet e zbulimit si v\u00ebzhgimi i zogjve, hiking, \u00e7iklizmi, udh\u00ebtime me vark\u00eb dhe elemente t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb ekoturizmit dhe aventuror.<\/p>\n

Projekti i PA.CON punon n\u00eb zhvillimin e zonave p\u00ebr v\u00ebzhgimin e zogjve n\u00eb tre vende – nj\u00eb pik\u00eb informimi p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt n\u00eb Sopotac, nj\u00eb k\u00ebnd lojrash dhe kulla p\u00ebr v\u00ebzhgimin e shpend\u00ebve n\u00eb Kroaci, rinovimin e parkut natyror n\u00eb Ilin\u010dica dhe instalimin e dritave LED p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebs dhe gjithashtu rregullimin e 16 zonave p\u00ebr mikro-piknik\u00eb n\u00eb Bosnja dhe Herzegovina. Projekti do t\u00eb investoj\u00eb dhe n\u00eb rikonstruksionin e argjinatur\u00ebs s\u00eb hekurudh\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Virpazar, p\u00ebr ta kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb shteg ecjeje dhe blerja e varkave me energji diellore, bi\u00e7ikletave elektrike dhe stacione t\u00eb karikimit diellor,me synim p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar aktivitetet turistike me ndikim t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cPa k\u00ebt\u00eb nivel mb\u00ebshtetjeje financiare nga BE-ja, nuk do t\u00eb ishte i mundur zbatimi i k\u00ebtij projekti t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm.\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Rreth projektit <\/strong><\/p>\n

Projekti PA.CON mb\u00ebshtetet nga Bashkimi Evropian n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina \u2013 Montenegro 2014-2020 Partneri kryesor n\u00eb projektin PA.CON \u00ebsht\u00eb Bashkia Nijemci, Kroaci;partner\u00ebt nga Bosnja dhe Herzegovina jan\u00eb qyteti i Tuzit dhe Association for Development NERDA, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb partner\u00ebt n\u00eb Malin e Zi jan\u00eb Centre for Protection and Research of Birds and the Public Enterprise for Montenegro’s National Parks. Zbatimi i projektit PA.CON filloi zyrtarisht n\u00eb tetor 2020 dhe do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb p\u00ebr 24 muaj.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Vlera totale e k\u00ebtij projekti p\u00ebr tre vendet \u00ebsht\u00eb 1.8milion, ku do t\u00eb investohen 280,000euro p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e infrastruktur\u00ebs turistike n\u00eb liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs. \u201cPa k\u00ebt\u00eb nivel mb\u00ebshtetjeje financiare nga BE-ja, nuk do t\u00eb ishte e mundur zbatimi i k\u00ebtij projekti t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm,\u201d shprehet Zoran.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 nd\u00ebrhyrjeve t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb dhe aktivitetet e promovimit, projekti gjithashtu p\u00ebrfshin nd\u00ebrtimin e kapacitetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb ndikimi i projektit t\u00eb jet\u00eb i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet gjasht\u00eb kurseve m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb tre vende dhe nj\u00eb vizite studimore, partner\u00ebt e projektit dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e grupeve t\u00eb synuara do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb kapacitetin dhe cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n
